【摘要】：依托聯(lián)合國教科文組織這一國際平臺,許多國家通過引入《保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》的對話精神與可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念,在全球化與現(xiàn)代化的語境下開展地方性與民族性的文化遺產(chǎn)保護實踐工作。然而在本土化過程中,由于各國民眾的自然觀與文化觀不盡相同,在不同層面的申報與保護工作中有不少涉及動物的"非遺"項目面臨著文化多樣性與動物保護之間的沖突或困境,而"文化多樣性"與"生物多樣性"這兩種內(nèi)在價值在實踐中存在著選擇的優(yōu)先性問題也由此得以彰顯。立足于"非遺"保護的工作實踐屬性,當(dāng)涉及特殊物種資源時,無論是基于《保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》精神,還是人類自身的創(chuàng)造性,文化應(yīng)該適當(dāng)讓渡于動物資源保護;當(dāng)涉及動物處理方式是否恰當(dāng)?shù)膯栴}時,我們應(yīng)該充分理解《保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》所蘊含的"人類共享"與"可持續(xù)性發(fā)展"兩項基本原則,豐富各國民眾在文化與生態(tài)選擇上的多樣性。通過實踐《保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》的核心精神,擁有不同文化理念的社區(qū)或許能夠重新建立起文化交流的"巴別塔"。
[Abstract]:Relying on the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as an international platform, many countries have introduced the spirit of dialogue and the concept of sustainable development of the Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Carry out the practice of local and national cultural heritage protection in the context of globalization and modernization. However, in the process of localization, because the views of nature and culture of the people in various countries are not the same, In the declaration and protection work at different levels, many "non-legacy" projects involving animals are faced with conflicts or dilemmas between cultural diversity and animal protection. The two intrinsic values of "cultural diversity" and "biodiversity" have the priority of choice in practice. Based on the practical attribute of "intangible heritage" protection, when special species resources are involved, whether based on the spirit of the Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage or the creativity of human beings, culture should be properly transferred to the protection of animal resources. When it comes to the appropriateness of animal treatment, we should fully understand the two basic principles of "human sharing" and "sustainable development" contained in the Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Enrich the diversity of cultural and ecological choices of people in various countries. By practicing the core spirit of the Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, communities with different cultural ideas may be able to re-establish the Babel Tower of cultural exchange.
