【摘要】：正如今,文交所由于具備服務(wù)于文化行業(yè)的屬性和交易平臺(tái)的功能,被業(yè)界視為文化資源要素市場化配置和流通的重要機(jī)構(gòu)。然而,各地林立、亂象叢生的文交所一直處于輿論的風(fēng)口浪尖。業(yè)內(nèi)人士普遍認(rèn)為,文交所亂象還需迎來下一輪整頓。由此也引發(fā)討論,文交所是否有其存在的必要性?過去的監(jiān)管舉措是否有成效?未來文交
[Abstract]:Nowadays, because it has the function of serving the attributes and trading platform of the cultural industry, the exchange is regarded as an important organization for the market-oriented allocation and circulation of the elements of cultural resources. However, there are many places, chaos like a cluster of cultural exchanges have been in the forefront of public opinion.
