【摘要】：普京執(zhí)政以來,俄羅斯文化法律法規(guī)與文藝政策領(lǐng)域形成了自上而下的法律設(shè)置、民粹主義的政策實(shí)施和重視知識(shí)分子影響的社會(huì)導(dǎo)向的社會(huì)治理模式,承傳了根植于俄國(guó)民族文化亞細(xì)亞生產(chǎn)方式下的東方社會(huì)特征、中央集權(quán)與村社自治的二元國(guó)家結(jié)構(gòu)中的民粹主義文化和知識(shí)分子協(xié)同調(diào)整政治生態(tài)的社會(huì)治理歷史基因,彰顯出普京時(shí)期在"新俄羅斯思想"的國(guó)家精神、"主權(quán)民主"的立法原則和建構(gòu)文化統(tǒng)一空間的政策意圖指導(dǎo)下俄羅斯文化法律法規(guī)與文藝政策的"俄國(guó)化"特色。
[Abstract]:Since Putin came to power, Russian cultural laws and regulations and literary and artistic policies have formed a top-down legal setting, populist policy implementation and a social-oriented social governance model that attaches importance to the influence of intellectuals. Inheriting the oriental social characteristics rooted in the Asian mode of production of Russian national culture, the populist culture in the dualistic state structure of centralization and village community autonomy, and the historical gene of social governance of intellectual co-adjustment of political ecology, Under the guidance of the national spirit of the "new Russian thought", the legislative principle of "sovereignty democracy" and the policy intention of constructing the space of cultural unity, the Russian cultural laws and regulations and literary and artistic policies are characterized by "Russia's nationalization" under the guidance of Putin's national spirit in the period of "new Russia".
