【摘要】：伴隨著經濟全球化和信息化的迅猛發(fā)展,我國的國家文化安全面臨著國內國際雙重嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。在國際上,西方資本主義意識形態(tài)和文化帝國主義的擴張、人才的激烈爭奪、經濟全球化下的文化滲透和植入等威脅著我國文化安全;國內,對意識形態(tài)領域的重視不夠、商品經濟對文化的沖擊、傳統(tǒng)文化的流失、封建等級文化的遺留、文化建設的薄弱也是造成文化安全弱化的重要原因。在新時期新形勢下習近平總書記對于國家文化安全觀提出一系列精辟論述,它的主要內容包括:提出了總體的國家安全觀,十分重視國家的文化安全,把維護國家的文化安全作為維護國家總的安全的重要手段,將加強國家意識形態(tài)建設視為維護國家文化安全的重心,將我黨提出的社會主義核心價值觀作為維護國家文化安全的核心,將弘揚中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化視為維護國家文化安全的根基,將提高我國文化軟實力視為維護國家文化安全的現(xiàn)實途徑,將維護和諧的國際關系視為維護國家文化安全的外在保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, China's national cultural security is faced with both domestic and international challenges. Internationally, the expansion of western capitalist ideology and cultural imperialism, the fierce competition for talents, the cultural infiltration and implantation under the economic globalization threaten the cultural security of our country. At home, insufficient attention to the ideological field, the impact of commodity economy on culture, the loss of traditional culture, the legacy of feudal hierarchy culture, and the weakness of cultural construction are also the important reasons for the weakening of cultural security. In the new era and new situation, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of incisive expositions on the concept of national cultural security, the main contents of which include: putting forward the overall concept of national security and attaching great importance to the cultural security of the country. Regarding safeguarding the country's cultural security as an important means to safeguard the country's overall security, it regards strengthening the construction of the national ideology as the focus of safeguarding the national cultural security. Regarding the socialist core values put forward by our Party as the core of safeguarding the national cultural security and promoting the excellent Chinese traditional culture as the foundation to safeguard the national cultural security, To improve the soft power of Chinese culture is regarded as the realistic way to maintain the national cultural security, and the maintenance of harmonious international relations is regarded as the external guarantee of safeguarding the national cultural security.
