【摘要】：文化屬于意識(shí)形態(tài)范疇,提高文化管理者意識(shí)形態(tài)控制力對(duì)國(guó)家、社會(huì)和個(gè)人都具有重要價(jià)值。文化管理者意識(shí)形態(tài)控制力主要構(gòu)成要素包括辨識(shí)能力、批判能力、引導(dǎo)能力和重建能力。加強(qiáng)馬克思主義理論學(xué)習(xí)、思維表達(dá)訓(xùn)練和實(shí)踐鍛煉是增強(qiáng)文化管理者意識(shí)形態(tài)控制力的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Culture belongs to the category of ideology, and improving the ideological control of cultural managers is of great value to the country, society and individuals. The main elements of cultural managers' ideological control include the ability to identify, criticize, guide and rebuild. It is an important way to strengthen the ideological control of cultural managers to strengthen the study of Marxist theory, the training of thinking expression and practice.
