【摘要】：十八大以來(lái),在科學(xué)充分把握當(dāng)前我國(guó)文化發(fā)展階段性特征的基礎(chǔ)上,習(xí)近平在一系列重要講話中,用一系列新觀點(diǎn)、新思想豐富和發(fā)展了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化內(nèi)涵,逐步形成了習(xí)近平文化觀的基本思想觀點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)產(chǎn)生的新變化,為我國(guó)的文化建設(shè)提供了難得的機(jī)遇,但也帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。這種機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的新形勢(shì),是習(xí)近平文化觀形成的時(shí)代背景。通過(guò)對(duì)十八大后習(xí)近平系列講話中有關(guān)文化思想的的梳理,我們總結(jié)概括出習(xí)近平文化觀的內(nèi)容主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:第一,培育和弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀是習(xí)近平文化觀的靈魂;第二,繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是習(xí)近平文化觀的核心;第三,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨偉大精神貫穿于習(xí)近平文化觀的始終;第四,文化自覺和文化自信是習(xí)近平文化觀的落腳點(diǎn)。在繼承馬克思主義文化理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從當(dāng)前文化建設(shè)面臨的重大實(shí)際問題出發(fā),習(xí)近平文化觀不僅豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義文化理論成果,繼承和弘揚(yáng)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的文化思想,而且大力推動(dòng)了中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承和發(fā)展。因此,深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)和把握習(xí)近平文化觀的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和精神實(shí)質(zhì),對(duì)堅(jiān)持走中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化發(fā)展道路,建設(shè)建成社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó),具有非常重要的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。習(xí)近平文化觀為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)提供了科學(xué)指南,對(duì)推動(dòng)精神文明建設(shè)具有重要作用,為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)指明了方向。因此,在當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)全面、系統(tǒng)地把握習(xí)近平文化觀科學(xué)內(nèi)涵精神和實(shí)質(zhì),提高學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平文化觀的自覺性,把習(xí)近平文化觀與中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合起來(lái),不斷在實(shí)踐中不斷深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平文化觀。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has enriched and developed the cultural connotations of socialism with Chinese characteristics with a series of new ideas in a series of important speeches on the basis of a scientific understanding of the stage characteristics of China's cultural development. Gradually formed Xi Jinping's cultural view of the basic ideas. The new changes brought about by the current situation at home and abroad provide a rare opportunity for the cultural construction of our country, but also bring severe challenges. This new situation of opportunity and challenge is the background of Xi Jinping's cultural view. By combing the cultural thoughts in Xi Jinping's series of speeches after the 18th National Congress, we sum up the contents of Xi Jinping's cultural views in the following aspects: first, Cultivating and carrying forward the socialist core values is the soul of Xi Jinping's cultural view. Second, inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture is the core of Xi Jinping's cultural view; third, the great spirit of CPC runs through Xi Jinping's cultural view; fourth, cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence are the foothold of Xi Jinping's cultural outlook. On the basis of inheriting Marxist cultural theory and proceeding from the major practical problems facing the current cultural construction, Xi Jinping's cultural view not only enriches and develops the achievements of Marxist cultural theory, It inherits and carries forward the cultural thought of the Communist Party of China, and vigorously promotes the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to deeply understand and grasp the scientific connotation and spiritual essence of Xi Jinping's cultural concept, which is of great theoretical and practical value to adhere to the development road of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and to build a socialist cultural power. Xi Jinping's view of culture provides a scientific guide for building a socialist cultural power, plays an important role in promoting the construction of spiritual civilization, and points out the direction for Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, at present and in the coming period, we should comprehensively and systematically grasp the spirit and essence of the scientific connotation of Xi Jinping's cultural concept, and improve our consciousness in studying and implementing Xi Jinping's cultural concept. Xi Jinping's cultural concept is closely combined with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and he is constantly studied and implemented in practice.
