【摘要】：東北民族地區(qū)蘊(yùn)藏著豐富獨(dú)特的體育文化資源,有競(jìng)技類(lèi)、益智類(lèi)、技巧類(lèi)等多種類(lèi)型,通過(guò)采取政策扶持、資金扶助及平臺(tái)建設(shè)等步驟措施,全面提升體育非遺傳承人保護(hù)的質(zhì)量水平;傳承保護(hù)過(guò)程中,各民族地區(qū)面臨重申報(bào)輕保護(hù)、傳承資金不足、傳承人才出現(xiàn)斷層等諸多發(fā)展問(wèn)題;結(jié)合體育非遺傳承人保護(hù)的未來(lái)走向,應(yīng)采取拓寬籌資引資渠道、加快傳承人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等諸多實(shí)效性措施,推動(dòng)?xùn)|北民族地區(qū)體育非遺傳承人保護(hù)步入可持續(xù)發(fā)展軌道。
[Abstract]:Northeast ethnic areas contain rich and unique sports cultural resources, including competitive, intellectual, technical and other types. Through policy support, fund support and platform construction, etc. Improve the quality level of sports non-heritage protection; In the process of inheritance and protection, various ethnic areas are faced with many development problems, such as heavy declaration and light protection, insufficient inheritance funds, fault and so on. Combined with the future trend of sports non-inheritance protection, we should take many effective measures, such as widening the channels of raising funds and attracting investment, speeding up the construction of the contingent of inheritors, and so on, to promote the protection of sports non-heritage inheritors in Northeast ethnic areas into the track of sustainable development.
