【摘要】：創(chuàng)新文化是文化的重要組成部分，決定著人們的創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新行為，是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要保障，是推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要力量。創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)是我國建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的重要內(nèi)容，具有深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義和重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 創(chuàng)新建設(shè)涉及創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)、精神建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)、物質(zhì)建設(shè)等等眾多方面。其中作為創(chuàng)新文化的重要組成部分的價(jià)值觀也是影響創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的核心要素之一。要把創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)落實(shí)到中國國情中，需要充分利用傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的熏陶和感染。可見如果能對傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的積極作用進(jìn)行合理利用無疑能形成事半功倍的效果。論文首先從創(chuàng)新文化入手，了解創(chuàng)新文化的特點(diǎn)，詳細(xì)分析了傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵與特點(diǎn)，然后探究創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)特別是我國的創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)的狀況。 中國傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀是一個(gè)中華民族幾千年沉淀下來的巨大寶藏。身處不同時(shí)代的人們可以根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)實(shí)踐的需要與時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)符合當(dāng)代需求的新意義，從而再做出新的解釋，添加符合時(shí)代發(fā)展的新成分。中國傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的一部分，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為了人類的一筆寶貴財(cái)富，其本身不僅對文化發(fā)展有重大價(jià)值，同時(shí)對現(xiàn)階段的創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)也具有不可忽視的意義。 創(chuàng)新文化中的觀念文化在創(chuàng)新文化中占有重要的地位。觀念作為一種具有指導(dǎo)性的概念，雖然是抽象的、普遍的想法。但是它可以直接作用影響于人的行為，會(huì)潛移默化地改變?nèi)祟惖乃伎挤绞胶托袨闇?zhǔn)則，同時(shí)還能帶動(dòng)改變?nèi)说膭?dòng)向，作用于人們的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀，從而給創(chuàng)新帶來不可估量的影響和推動(dòng)。通過創(chuàng)新文化中觀念文化的轉(zhuǎn)化，能帶動(dòng)創(chuàng)新文化的整體發(fā)展。本文也就試圖從創(chuàng)新觀念文化的角度來發(fā)掘傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀對創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)的作用。 價(jià)值觀念直接影響著人們的創(chuàng)新精神的形成和創(chuàng)新能力的提高。在建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的實(shí)踐中，可以對傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀合理利用，形成有利于創(chuàng)新的價(jià)值觀念，從而激活創(chuàng)新精神，為創(chuàng)新型國家的發(fā)展提供精神文化方面的支撐。我國擁有悠久的歷史文化，所以我國的傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀也隨著歷史文化的進(jìn)程而不斷沉淀，在這個(gè)龐大嚴(yán)密的價(jià)值系統(tǒng)中，涵括了各種傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀。在這些價(jià)值觀念中，有的有利于創(chuàng)新精神的形成，有的則嚴(yán)重阻礙了創(chuàng)新精神的生成。本文從龐大傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀系統(tǒng)的代表性的價(jià)值觀入手，重點(diǎn)論述其中有利的傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀。 傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀對創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)毋庸置疑的能夠起到幫助。特別是傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的積極作用，本文從幾個(gè)方面提煉了一些極具代表性的傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀并總結(jié)了其主要積極作用。 創(chuàng)新文化的建設(shè)并不是要割裂傳統(tǒng)文化，而是要將傳統(tǒng)文化中的精華部分繼承下來，并進(jìn)一步弘揚(yáng)，探究傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀在創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)中的積極作用也就顯得極為重要。因此本文的落腳點(diǎn)將重點(diǎn)放在傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀在創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)中的積極作用上來，從忠心報(bào)國、以人為本、以和為貴、兼容并蓄、尚榮知恥這五個(gè)擁有積極因素的傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀上找到有益的作用。 優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀和創(chuàng)新文化的建設(shè)是不可分割，相輔相成的。在創(chuàng)新文化的真正繼承的時(shí)候，傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的精髓，，那些一定能經(jīng)得起時(shí)間的考驗(yàn)的文化，必定能夠持久發(fā)展，使創(chuàng)新能夠真正流行起來，每個(gè)人的行為的作用，都是建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家和推動(dòng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求，并最終成為一個(gè)民族進(jìn)步和國家和諧發(fā)展的靈魂的驅(qū)動(dòng)力。 創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為了時(shí)代主題，我國也提出了建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家等戰(zhàn)略要求，可見研究的必要性，而傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀源遠(yuǎn)流長，擁有眾多的精髓。本文通過對國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新文化、創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀與創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)的關(guān)系的問題進(jìn)行分析，根據(jù)總結(jié)解析前人的研究成果，系統(tǒng)闡述了創(chuàng)新文化與創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)、意義，以及傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵、意義與特征，較好地闡述了傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀與創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)的關(guān)系，以及傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀在創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)中的積極作用，在此基礎(chǔ)上較好地分析了具體發(fā)揮傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀積極作用的有效途徑。 總的來說，創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)本身在為對傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀進(jìn)行繼承，所以可以理解為也是在繼承傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的同時(shí)產(chǎn)生的創(chuàng)新。創(chuàng)新與繼承并重，堅(jiān)持正確傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的合理利用，是我們建設(shè)創(chuàng)新文化的需求，是弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化，增強(qiáng)國家文化實(shí)力的重要選擇。
[Abstract]:Innovative culture is an important part of culture, determines people's innovative spirit and behavior, is an important guarantee of social and economic construction, is an important force to promote social development.
Innovation construction involves innovation culture construction, spiritual construction, system construction, material construction and many other aspects. Values, as an important part of innovation culture, are also one of the core elements affecting innovation activities. It can be seen that if the positive role of traditional values can be used rationally, it will undoubtedly result in twice the result with half the effort. Firstly, the paper starts with innovative culture, understands the characteristics of innovative culture, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of traditional values in detail, and then explores the construction of innovative culture, especially the construction of innovative culture in China.
Chinese traditional values are a huge treasure deposited by the Chinese nation for thousands of years.People in different times can find new meanings that meet the needs of the contemporary society according to the needs of the social practice and the requirements of the development of the times,and then make new explanations and add new elements that meet the development of the times. As a part of Chinese traditional culture, it has become a precious treasure of mankind. It is not only of great value to the development of culture, but also of great significance to the construction of innovative culture at the present stage.
Idea culture plays an important role in innovative culture. Idea, as a guiding concept, is abstract and universal, but it can directly affect people's behavior, subtly change people's way of thinking and code of conduct, and at the same time it can drive people to change their trends. The world outlook, the outlook on life and the outlook on values are applied to people, thus bringing immeasurable influence and impetus to innovation. Through the transformation of the concept culture in the innovative culture, the overall development of the innovative culture can be promoted.
Values have a direct impact on the formation of people's innovative spirit and the improvement of their innovative ability.In the practice of building an innovative country,we can make rational use of traditional values,form values conducive to innovation,thus activate the spirit of innovation and provide spiritual and cultural support for the development of an innovative country.China has a long history. The historical culture, therefore our country's traditional values also along with the historical and cultural process and precipitation, in this huge rigorous value system, contains a variety of traditional values. In these values, some are conducive to the formation of the spirit of innovation, some are seriously hindered the creation of the spirit of innovation. Starting with the representative values of the system, it focuses on the traditional values that are favorable.
Traditional values can undoubtedly help the construction of innovative culture. Especially the positive role of traditional values, this paper abstracts some representative traditional values from several aspects and summarizes their main positive role.
The construction of innovative culture is not to split traditional culture, but to inherit the essence of traditional culture, and further carry forward, explore the positive role of traditional values in the construction of innovative culture is extremely important. In terms of function, we can find a beneficial role from the five traditional values of loyalty to serve the country, people-oriented, harmony-oriented, inclusive, honor and shame.
Excellent traditional values and the construction of innovative culture are inseparable and mutually reinforcing. In the real inheritance of innovative culture, the essence of traditional values, those cultures that can withstand the test of time, will certainly be able to sustain development, so that innovation can really become popular, the role of everyone's behavior is to build innovation. It is the requirement of the type country and the promotion of sustainable development, and ultimately becomes the driving force of the soul of national progress and harmonious development of the country.
The construction of innovative culture has become the theme of the times, China has also put forward the strategic requirements of building an innovative country, which shows the necessity of research, while the traditional values have a long history and many quintessences. Based on the analysis and summary of predecessors'research results, this paper systematically expounds the connotation, characteristics and significance of innovative culture and the construction of innovative culture, as well as the connotation, significance and characteristics of traditional values, and expounds the relationship between traditional values and the construction of innovative culture, as well as the positive role of traditional values in the construction of innovative culture. On this basis, the effective way to give full play to the positive role of traditional values is well analyzed.
Generally speaking, the construction of innovative culture is to inherit the traditional values, so it can be understood that it is also an innovation that comes into being while inheriting the traditional values. Important choice.
