【摘要】：文化認(rèn)同是指在各民族國(guó)家文化個(gè)性相互包容融合基礎(chǔ)上形成的一系列地區(qū)間所共有的觀念、價(jià)值、情感以及行為規(guī)范。在國(guó)際區(qū)域合作中,權(quán)力和利益因素?zé)o疑決定著國(guó)家的行為選擇,然而不同的文化觀念卻決定著國(guó)家利益選擇的價(jià)值取向,因此從權(quán)力和利益的角度有時(shí)很難解釋國(guó)家間合作的動(dòng)因時(shí),文化認(rèn)同成為解釋和理解國(guó)際區(qū)域合作的有效工具。在區(qū)域合作中文化認(rèn)同的內(nèi)驅(qū)作用體現(xiàn)在多個(gè)方面,有效促進(jìn)文化認(rèn)同內(nèi)驅(qū)作用的發(fā)揮,不能僅停留于強(qiáng)化地區(qū)國(guó)家間文化認(rèn)同的路徑建構(gòu)上,還應(yīng)考量和關(guān)照文化認(rèn)同作用發(fā)揮的限度,即應(yīng)進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)和健全文化認(rèn)同作用發(fā)揮所需的條件和基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Cultural identity refers to a series of common concepts, values, emotions and norms of conduct formed on the basis of the mutual inclusion and integration of the cultural personality of various national countries. In international regional cooperation, there is no doubt that the factors of power and interest determine the choice of behavior of the country, but different cultural concepts determine the value orientation of the choice of national interest. Therefore, when it is sometimes difficult to explain the motives of inter-state cooperation from the perspective of power and interests, cultural identity becomes an effective tool for interpreting and understanding international regional cooperation. In the process of regional cooperation, the internal drive of cultural identity is embodied in many aspects, which can effectively promote the exertion of the internal drive of cultural identity, and should not be confined to the construction of the path of strengthening the cultural identity among countries in the region. We should also consider and consider the limits of the role of cultural identity, that is, we should further consolidate and improve the necessary conditions and foundations for the role of cultural identity.
