【摘要】：處理好展示城市形象和展開城市功能之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)于中小城市尤為重要。不斷提升城市品質(zhì)、為城市發(fā)展注入生動(dòng)而豐富的文化內(nèi)容,已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)階段最為重要的問題。以人民為中心的城市文化實(shí)踐,是提升中小城市文化空間質(zhì)量和效能的核心所在。
[Abstract]:It is very important for medium and small cities to deal with the relationship between displaying city image and developing city function. It has become the most important issue to improve the quality of cities and inject vivid and rich cultural contents into the development of cities. The practice of people-centered urban culture is the core of improving the quality and efficiency of cultural space in medium and small cities.
