【摘要】：正青年路1789號,是濰坊市儲運有限公司的舊址。歷史上曾為兵營駐地,傳統(tǒng)區(qū)域名稱為南大營。與很多城市的角落不同,這里在喧鬧變化的城市格局中顯得有些另類,頗有一種看庭前花開花落的豁達境界。城市的變遷,沒有摧毀它旺盛的生命力;時間的年輪,卻賦予了它截然不同的兩種風情。如果說之前破舊的廠房給人一種頹廢之感,那么如今的1789號卻已經(jīng)華麗轉(zhuǎn)身成為了文化寶地。南大營1789文化藝術區(qū),在保留1952年老工業(yè)庫房歷史風貌基礎上改造提升,打造了鮮明特色的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)項目。一批書吧、書畫工作室、陶藝吧、茶室、影視基地悄然入駐院內(nèi)。遠離了塵世的浮躁與喧鬧,這所院落成為了充滿特色的文化藝術區(qū)。

Different from the corners of many cities, there are some alternatives in the noisy and changing urban pattern, and there is a kind of open-minded realm to see the flowers bloom and fall in front of the court. The vicissitude of the city does not destroy its exuberant vitality; the ring of time, however, gives it two distinct amorous feelings. If the old factory gave a sense of decadence, today's 1789 has turned into a cultural treasure. Nandaying 1789 Cultural and Art District, on the basis of preserving the historical style and features of the 1952 old industrial storehouse, has created a distinctive cultural and creative industry project. A number of books, painting and calligraphy studio, pottery bar, teahouse, film and television base quietly into the hospital. Far from earthly impetuosity and noise, the courtyard has become a distinctive cultural and art district.
