【摘要】：文化是民族的靈魂。當今世界，文化已成為國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分，巨大的文化附加值對其他的相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也起到了帶動和推動作用。一個地區(qū)的文化是該地區(qū)生存的基礎(chǔ)和人們生活的精神支柱。越來越多的人開始認同一個觀點，就是文化不僅是一個城市乃至一個國家的名片，還是提升競爭力和活力的新路徑。為了實現(xiàn)舟山市政府著力將舟山打造成“海上花園城市”的目標，，開發(fā)商對長峙島進行了統(tǒng)一的開發(fā)定位和規(guī)劃設(shè)計。本文立足于浙江舟山群島新區(qū)建設(shè)，針對具有海島文化特色的長峙島展開研究，共分六章。 首章是緒論，在綜述國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，論證了本論文選題的意義，提出了論文研究的基本思路，還對論文中的核心概念進行了界定。 第二章在介紹長峙島的歷史、現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，梳理了長峙島文化的發(fā)展史，分析了長峙島的現(xiàn)有規(guī)劃。 第三章通過對目前長峙島的文化建設(shè)分析之后，找出目前長峙島文化建設(shè)中存在的制度、居民文化素質(zhì)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)缺乏規(guī)劃等一些列問題。 第四章提出了長峙島文化建設(shè)需要遵循的基本原則 第五章是本文的核心部分，提出了長峙島文化建設(shè)的具體對策，包括了制度的完善、島嶼文化形象的規(guī)劃、居民文化素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體發(fā)展對策、浙江海洋學(xué)院的大學(xué)文化建設(shè)等一系列舉措。 第六章是結(jié)尾部分，對本文的研究做一個結(jié)論性總結(jié)，并提出了論文的創(chuàng)新之處和不足之處。
[Abstract]:Culture is the soul of a nation. In today's world, culture has become an important part of the national economy, and the huge added value of culture has also played a driving and promoting role in other related industries. The culture of a region is the foundation of its existence and the spiritual pillar of people's life. More and more people are beginning to agree that culture is not only a business card for a city or even a country, but also a new way to enhance competitiveness and vitality. In order to realize the goal of making Zhoushan into a "garden city at sea", the developers made a unified development orientation and planning for Changshi Island. Based on the construction of Zhoushan archipelago in Zhejiang Province, this paper studies Changshi Island with island culture, which is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign related studies, this paper demonstrates the significance of this thesis, puts forward the basic ideas of the paper research, and defines the core concepts in the paper. On the basis of introducing the history and present situation of Changshi Island, the second chapter combs the development history of Changshi Island culture and analyzes the existing planning of Changshi Island. After analyzing the cultural construction of Changshi Island at present, the third chapter finds out some problems, such as the system, the cultural quality of residents, the lack of planning of cultural industry and so on. The fourth chapter puts forward the basic principles which should be followed in the construction of Changshi Island Culture. Chapter five is the core part of this paper, and puts forward the concrete countermeasures of the cultural construction of Changshi Island, including the perfection of the system and the planning of the island culture image. A series of measures, such as the cultivation of residents' cultural quality, the concrete development countermeasures of cultural industry, and the university culture construction of Zhejiang Ocean College, etc. Chapter six is the last part, which makes a conclusion to the research, and points out the innovation and deficiency of the thesis.
