【摘要】：文化扶貧對于打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)、實現全面小康具有重大意義。當前文化扶貧面臨公共文化體系建設滯后、基層文化人才隊伍亟待加強、文化扶貧的精準度有待提升、文化資源開發(fā)利用不足、文化扶貧體制機制亟待完善等問題。今后應在發(fā)展文化事業(yè)、文化產業(yè)助推扶貧,建立健全文化扶貧的保障機制等方面形成合力,進一步做好文化扶貧工作。
[Abstract]:Cultural poverty alleviation is of great significance in winning the battle against poverty and achieving a well-off life in an all-round way. At present, cultural poverty alleviation is facing the problems of lagging behind in the construction of public cultural system, the urgent need to strengthen the ranks of cultural talents at the grass-roots level, the need to improve the accuracy of cultural poverty alleviation, the insufficient development and utilization of cultural resources, and the urgent need to improve the system and mechanism of cultural poverty alleviation. In the future, we should form a joint force in the development of cultural undertakings, the promotion of poverty alleviation by cultural industry, and the establishment and improvement of the guarantee mechanism for cultural poverty alleviation, so as to further do the work of helping the poor through culture.
