【摘要】：在微時(shí)代語境下,"微內(nèi)容""微應(yīng)用""微圈子"等發(fā)展迅速,深刻影響著人們的生存方式、思維方式和價(jià)值觀念,改變了國(guó)家文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的文化環(huán)境、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)象、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)內(nèi)容等。為有效應(yīng)對(duì)微時(shí)代各種挑戰(zhàn),我們應(yīng)通過優(yōu)化傳播環(huán)境、轉(zhuǎn)變領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式等,提升國(guó)家文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。
[Abstract]:In the context of micro-age, "micro-content", "micro-application", "micro-circle" and so on have developed rapidly, which have deeply affected people's way of life, mode of thinking and values, and have changed the cultural environment, the object of leadership and the content of leadership of the country's cultural leadership. In order to effectively meet the challenges of the micro-era, we should improve the national cultural leadership by optimizing the communication environment, changing the leadership consciousness, innovating the leadership style and so on.
