【摘要】：調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,河北省公共文化服務(wù)供給與需求相比,存在供給低效的現(xiàn)象。為充分利用現(xiàn)有資源,增加有效資源,應(yīng)該摒棄過去單純供給導(dǎo)向的做法,在創(chuàng)造需求、培育需求進(jìn)而滿足需求的理念下,建立相向而動(dòng)、共同發(fā)力的公共文化服務(wù)供需對(duì)接機(jī)制,以實(shí)現(xiàn)供求雙方相互塑造、相互推動(dòng),達(dá)到供需匹配。
[Abstract]:The results show that the supply of public cultural services in Hebei Province is inefficient compared with demand. In order to make the best use of existing resources and increase effective resources, we should abandon the simple supply-oriented approach of the past, and move in the opposite direction under the concept of creating demand, nurturing demand and meeting demand. The supply and demand mechanism of public cultural service is to realize the mutual shaping and promotion of the supply and demand, and to achieve the matching of supply and demand.
