【摘要】：正2017年6月11—17日,由遵義市委宣傳部、上海社會科學(xué)院、遵義市社會科學(xué)院主辦,上海社會科學(xué)院文學(xué)研究所、上海文化研究中心承辦的遵義市首屆社科理論干部能力提升培訓(xùn)班在上海社會科學(xué)院文學(xué)研究所舉辦。上海社科院專家為此精心準(zhǔn)備了各種講座。上海社會科學(xué)院副院長何建華研究員在《新媒體語境下做好意識形態(tài)與宣傳思想工作》報告中介紹了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的三次浪潮,即20年前全球計算機互聯(lián)的第一次浪潮、10年前全球移動互聯(lián)的第二
