【摘要】：社會主義核心價值觀在民族地區(qū)的活化生長,其基礎在于要融入民族文化之中,實現(xiàn)雙方之間的和合新生,最終促進民族文化得以與時俱進地發(fā)展,這是緣于社會主義核心價值觀與民族文化精神的共通性、民族文化內(nèi)容的結(jié)構(gòu)性、民族文化交往的互動性相契合為保障的。民族地區(qū)在培育社會主義核心價值觀和推進民族文化更新過程中,需采取文化開發(fā)與教育轉(zhuǎn)化相統(tǒng)一的形式路徑,文化開發(fā)注重經(jīng)濟與社會效益并重、傳承與創(chuàng)新和諧并進、民眾與政府合力并舉;教育轉(zhuǎn)化凸顯以社會成員法治意識自覺為基礎、社會成員道德品質(zhì)修養(yǎng)為方向、社會成員身心能力協(xié)調(diào)為歸宿。唯有文化開發(fā)與教育轉(zhuǎn)化之間協(xié)調(diào)相濟,社會主義核心價值觀與民族傳統(tǒng)文化方能共生互促,民族地區(qū)社會全面和諧發(fā)展才可得以切實推進。
[Abstract]:The activation and growth of socialist core values in ethnic areas is based on the integration of national culture, the realization of harmony between the two sides, and the ultimate promotion of the development of national culture with the times. This is due to the commonality of socialist core values and national cultural spirit, the structural structure of national cultural content and the mutual interaction of national cultural exchanges. In the process of cultivating socialist core values and promoting the renewal of national culture, the minority areas should adopt the formal path of the unity of cultural development and education transformation, pay equal attention to the economic and social benefits, and promote the inheritance and innovation harmoniously. The transformation of education is based on the consciousness of the rule of law of the members of the society, the moral quality of the members of the society is the direction, and the coordination of the mental and physical abilities of the members of the society is the ultimate goal. Only when the development of culture and the transformation of education are coordinated, can the core values of socialism and the traditional culture of the nation be promoted in a symbiotic way, and the harmonious development of the society in the ethnic areas can be promoted in an all-round way.
