【摘要】：馬克思主義文化理論是馬克思主義基本原理的組成部分，馬克思恩格斯第一次提出了以唯物史觀為基礎(chǔ)的文化思想，形成了馬克思主義文化理論的基本范疇。馬克思主義文化理論認(rèn)為，文化是社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治的反映，，具有多方面功能，精神文明是人類(lèi)文明的重要組成部分，為物質(zhì)文明提供精神動(dòng)力和智力支持。在各種文化現(xiàn)象中尋找它們的物質(zhì)的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的根源，同時(shí)也承認(rèn)文化的相對(duì)獨(dú)立性和自身的特殊發(fā)展規(guī)律。列寧根據(jù)俄國(guó)社會(huì)主義的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)文化理論進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步闡述。馬克思主義進(jìn)入中國(guó)以后，隨著馬克思主義中國(guó)化的不斷發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新，最終形成了完善、成熟的科學(xué)理論體系。在社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的歷史新時(shí)期，我們要在馬克思主義文化理論的指導(dǎo)下努力推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義文化的大發(fā)展大繁榮，將理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，運(yùn)用馬克思主義文化理論來(lái)分析當(dāng)下中國(guó)社會(huì)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的問(wèn)題，不斷加強(qiáng)馬克思主義文化理論在東北農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)中的指導(dǎo)作用。 為了科學(xué)的發(fā)展執(zhí)政理念，讓城鄉(xiāng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)域共同發(fā)展成為了實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)的重要內(nèi)容，并且也是解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。而在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的同時(shí)，文化建設(shè)也是至關(guān)重要的。在東北地區(qū)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對(duì)新農(nóng)村文化的建設(shè)，滿足人們的精神需求，從而保障社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建。而在本文中就是根據(jù)東北地區(qū)新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的背景、意義等進(jìn)行概述，從而對(duì)東北地區(qū)新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題提出自己的看法。 本論文主要就是從三個(gè)方面來(lái)對(duì)東北地區(qū)新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行研究，第一部分就是根據(jù)新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的歷史背景、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和意義來(lái)概述新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)及農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)，并科學(xué)的闡述了馬克思主義文化理論；第二部分主要講述的東北地區(qū)新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及原因分析；第三部分是根據(jù)上述的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究思考，提出的解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Marxist cultural theory is an integral part of the basic principles of Marxism. Marx and Engels put forward the cultural thought based on historical materialism for the first time, forming the basic category of Marxist cultural theory. Marxist cultural theory holds that culture is the reflection of social economy and politics and has many functions. Spiritual civilization is an important part of human civilization and provides spiritual power and intellectual support for material civilization. In various cultural phenomena to find their material, economic root, but also to recognize the relative independence of culture and its own special development law. Lenin further elaborated the cultural theory according to the practical experience of Russian socialism. After Marxism entered China, with the continuous development and innovation of Marxism in China, a perfect and mature scientific theory system was formed. In the new historical period of socialist modernization, we should work hard to promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture under the guidance of Marxist cultural theory, and combine theory with practice. This paper applies Marxist cultural theory to analyze the current problems of rural cultural construction in Chinese society, and constantly strengthens the guiding role of Marxist cultural theory in the construction of rural culture in Northeast China. In order to develop the governing concept scientifically, the development of urban and rural areas, economy and regions has become an important content of realizing a well-off society, and is also the key to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". At the same time, the construction of new socialist countryside, cultural construction is also crucial. In the construction of the new countryside in Northeast China, we should strengthen the construction of the new rural culture to meet the spiritual needs of the people, so as to ensure the construction of a harmonious socialist society. In this paper, according to the background and significance of the new rural cultural construction in Northeast China, the author puts forward his own views on the problems existing in the cultural construction of the new rural areas in Northeast China. This paper is mainly from three aspects to study the new rural cultural construction in Northeast China. The first part is to summarize the new rural cultural construction and rural cultural construction according to the historical background, objectives, content and significance of the new rural cultural construction. And scientifically elaborated the Marxist cultural theory; the second part mainly described the new rural cultural construction in Northeast China, the status quo, problems and reasons analysis; the third part is based on the above problems for research and thinking, put forward solutions.
