【摘要】：選取上海128個文化產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)意園區(qū)的入駐企業(yè)為研究樣本,運用層次回歸與結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析外部條件對企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)資本的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),政策環(huán)境、商務(wù)和休閑空間對企業(yè)社會資本均具有直接正向作用;區(qū)位環(huán)境對企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)資本直接作用很弱;公共空間發(fā)揮了外部環(huán)境與企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)資本之間的中介作用。揭示了公共空間是企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)交流及社會資本使用中增值不可或缺的載體,并根據(jù)結(jié)論提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 128 enterprises in Shanghai's cultural and creative parks are selected as research samples, and the effects of external conditions on corporate social network capital are analyzed by hierarchical regression and structural equation. The results show that the policy environment, business and leisure space have direct positive effects on corporate social capital, while location environment has weak direct effect on corporate social network capital. Public space plays an intermediary role between external environment and corporate social network capital. This paper reveals that public space is an indispensable carrier for the dynamic communication of social network and the use of social capital, and puts forward some policy suggestions according to the conclusion.
