甘肅舟曲災(zāi)后重建背景下的民俗文化保護(hù)和開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:民俗是廣大民眾所創(chuàng)造、享用和傳承的生活文化,是保障群體利益的社會(huì)力量,對(duì)人類的發(fā)展來說是一種寶貴的精神財(cái)富。目前國(guó)內(nèi)興起一股保護(hù)民俗文化的熱潮,很多地方興起了民俗旅游,發(fā)展民俗旅游業(yè)既可以發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),又可以展示、弘揚(yáng)民俗文化。舟曲在災(zāi)后重建的過程中,就選擇了發(fā)展民俗旅游的路徑,注重對(duì)民俗文化的保護(hù)和開發(fā),大力發(fā)展民俗旅游項(xiàng)目。 本文在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)舟曲保護(hù)和開發(fā)民俗文化的狀況進(jìn)行總結(jié)和研究,并對(duì)其中的問題提出一些觀點(diǎn)和看法。舟曲的民俗旅游借助此次災(zāi)后重建的時(shí)機(jī)進(jìn)行整體提升,在原有節(jié)慶旅游項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)開發(fā)了三個(gè)民俗文化旅游項(xiàng)目。目前舟曲的民俗旅游面臨著開發(fā)深度不足、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、品牌宣傳不到位的情況,制約著民俗旅游的發(fā)展。除采取一些有效措施應(yīng)對(duì)之外,本文強(qiáng)調(diào)在發(fā)展民俗旅游的過程中,要注重保護(hù)好民俗文化,對(duì)民俗文化的開發(fā)要科學(xué)、適度,嚴(yán)禁偽造、杜撰民俗,避免民俗文化出現(xiàn)庸俗化和異化傾向,導(dǎo)致其喪失原真性。另外本文總結(jié)了舟曲災(zāi)后重建中民俗文化保護(hù)和開發(fā)的模式,還從自然環(huán)境的突變、民族間交往和旅游三個(gè)方面對(duì)本土文化的影響探討舟曲的文化變遷問題。 全文共有五章,第一章主要是緒論,介紹背景、研究意義、理論依據(jù)、文獻(xiàn)綜述等。第二章主要是舟曲的基本情況和受災(zāi)以及災(zāi)后重建的介紹。第三章主要是系統(tǒng)梳理舟曲藏漢兩個(gè)民族傳統(tǒng)民俗文化,介紹民俗文化的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀。第四章主要是舟曲民俗旅游發(fā)展項(xiàng)目的分析和評(píng)估、發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題及提出的建議。第五章主要是對(duì)舟曲民俗文化保護(hù)和開發(fā)模式的總結(jié),對(duì)環(huán)境的變化在舟曲所引起文化變遷的思考。
[Abstract]:Folklore is a kind of life culture created, enjoyed and passed on by the masses. It is a social force to protect the interests of the group and is a precious spiritual wealth for the development of human beings. At present, there is an upsurge of protecting folk culture in our country, and folklore tourism has arisen in many places. The development of folklore tourism can not only develop economy, but also display and promote folk culture. In the process of post-disaster reconstruction, Zhouqu chose the path of developing folklore tourism, paid attention to the protection and development of folklore culture, and vigorously developed folklore tourism projects. On the basis of field investigation, this paper summarizes and studies the situation of Zhouqu's protection and development of folk culture, and puts forward some viewpoints and opinions. The folklore tourism of Zhouqu is promoted by the opportunity of reconstruction after the disaster. On the basis of the original festival tourism project, three folk-custom cultural tourism projects have been developed. At present the folklore tourism of Zhouqu is faced with the situation that the development depth is insufficient, the infrastructure is not perfect and the brand propaganda is not in place, which restricts the development of folklore tourism. In addition to taking some effective measures to deal with it, this paper emphasizes that in the process of developing folklore tourism, we should pay attention to the protection of folklore culture, develop folklore culture scientifically, moderately, strictly prohibit forgery, and fabricate folklore. Avoid vulgarization and alienation of folk culture, resulting in its loss of authenticity. In addition, this paper summarizes the mode of folk culture protection and development in the post-disaster reconstruction of Zhouqu, and discusses the cultural changes of Zhouqu from three aspects: natural environment mutation, inter-ethnic communication and tourism. The first chapter is introduction, introduction, research significance, theoretical basis, literature review and so on. The second chapter is the basic situation of Zhouqu and the introduction of disaster and reconstruction. The third chapter systematically combs the traditional folk culture of Zhouqu Tibetan and Han nationality and introduces the current situation of the protection of folk culture. The fourth chapter is mainly about the analysis and evaluation of Zhouqu folklore tourism development project, the problems found and suggestions. The fifth chapter is the summary of Zhouqu folk culture protection and development mode, the change of environment in Zhouqu cultural changes.
