【摘要】：2015年3月李克強(qiáng)總理在政府工作報(bào)告中提出“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”的理念,并且鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展眾創(chuàng)空間來(lái)推動(dòng)大眾創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)。眾創(chuàng)空間的建立和推行為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)注入了新的活力。各具特色、各種類型的眾創(chuàng)空間如雨后春筍般應(yīng)勢(shì)而生。汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)眾創(chuàng)空間也在時(shí)代的大潮中,在政府的扶持下迅速成長(zhǎng)起來(lái),但是以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的眾創(chuàng)空間如何發(fā)展、如何提高其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,如何使創(chuàng)業(yè)者與眾創(chuàng)空間實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏,本研究以企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為依據(jù),對(duì)汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)眾創(chuàng)空間進(jìn)行了深刻的剖析和探究,同時(shí)對(duì)現(xiàn)行中國(guó)的眾創(chuàng)空間如何良性發(fā)展,也會(huì)提供很多的借鑒意義。本論文一共分為五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行論述。第一部分,通過明晰研究思路,理順研究框架,確定研究的方法,。宏觀論述了《汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究》的背景、意義和目的�？偨Y(jié)理論價(jià)值,明確發(fā)展方向。第二部分,理論分析企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境、可持續(xù)發(fā)展發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等理論,聯(lián)系工作實(shí)際,為以后我們眾創(chuàng)空間的可持續(xù)發(fā)展工作,建立一套完備的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分,分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的宏觀環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系、結(jié)婚汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)自身業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展等等眾多視角,建立SWOT分析模型,分析內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,得出汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)眾創(chuàng)空間的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),發(fā)現(xiàn)汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)目前發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略存在的問題。第四部分,在對(duì)汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)眾創(chuàng)空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),參照SWOT分析結(jié)果,提出汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的設(shè)想,建立戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、工作重點(diǎn)、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。第五部分,對(duì)汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)眾創(chuàng)空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提出具體建議和保障措施。最后,通過對(duì)汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)眾創(chuàng)空間的研究,在戰(zhàn)略層面為汾河藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)眾創(chuàng)空間的可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。
[Abstract]:In his government work report in March 2015, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the idea of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and encouraged the development of innovative space to promote mass innovation and entrepreneurship. The establishment and implementation of the creation space has injected new vitality into the social economy. Each has its own characteristics, various types of space such as bamboo shoots in response to the situation. Fenhe Art Town has also grown rapidly with the support of the government in the tide of the times. But how to develop and how to improve its core competitiveness, which is dominated by cultural and creative industries, On the basis of the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise, this study makes a profound analysis and exploration on the space of numerous innovation in Fenhe Art Town. At the same time, it also makes a sound development of the current space of numerous innovations in China. Will also provide a lot of reference significance. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, through the clear research thought, straightens out the research frame, determines the research method. This paper discusses the background, significance and purpose of the development strategy of Fenhe Art Town. Summarize the theoretical value and clarify the direction of development. In the second part, the theory of enterprise strategic environment, sustainable development strategy and so on is analyzed, and a complete theoretical foundation is established for the sustainable development work of our creative space in the future. The third part analyzes the macro environment of domestic economy, the present situation of industry development, the competition relation, the development of the marriage Fenhe art town, and so on, establishes the SWOT analysis model, analyzes the internal and external environment, and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of Fenhe Art Town are obtained, and the problems of Fenhe Art Town's development strategy are found. The fourth part, on the basis of analyzing the space development strategy of Fenhe Art Town, and referring to the results of SWOT analysis, puts forward the sustainable development strategy of Fenhe Art Town, establishes the strategic objectives, and focuses on the work. System architecture. The fifth part, put forward the concrete suggestion and safeguard measure to the implementation of the space development strategy of Fenhe Art Town. Finally, through the research of Fenhe art town, we can make a contribution to the sustainable development of Fenhe art town.
