【摘要】：隨著社會的進步和發(fā)展,文化軟實力的重要作用口益顯著,文化軟實力已經(jīng)成為國家綜合國力不可或缺的重要組成部分。對于一個城市而言,城市文化軟實力也是一個城市建立起獨特的競爭優(yōu)勢并保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力,是城市綜合競爭力的重要組成部分。大型體育賽事一直被認為是城市取得快速發(fā)展的重要契機,不論是在經(jīng)濟、政治還是文化方面,體育賽事都有著不可估量的促進作用。南京就緊緊抓住了這一契機,成功地申辦了2014年的青年奧林匹克運動會。青奧會是繼奧運會以來的又一大盛會,它是為青少年舉辦的一次國際性體育盛會,它與奧運會的區(qū)別在于更加注重青少年的文化教育,通過青奧會舉辦期間各種文化活動的開展可以使不同國家之間的青少年得到交流,了解其他國家的文化,也把自己國家的文化推廣出去。 本文采用文獻研究法、邏輯分析法、系統(tǒng)分析法、訪談法以及比較研究法,分析和總結(jié)了青奧會的舉辦對南京城市文化軟實力的影響及提升對策。首先對體育賽事和青年奧林匹克運動會、文化軟實力以及城市文化軟實力的概念及構(gòu)成要素進行了研究整理,并分析了大型體育賽事與城市文化軟實力的關(guān)系;其次闡述了大型體育賽事對城市文化軟實力的影響,正面影響有加強城市文化的凝聚力、影響力、創(chuàng)新力、輻射力、傳承力以及生產(chǎn)力。負面影響有破壞聲討環(huán)境的平衡,造成經(jīng)濟負擔(dān)的加重和增加交通住房壓力；然后分析了青奧會能給南京城市文化軟實力帶來的正面效應(yīng)和負面效應(yīng)。譬如正面效應(yīng)有：市民素質(zhì)的提高,促進城市文化凝聚力；青奧會的文化創(chuàng)新,提升城市文化創(chuàng)新力；文化活動的舉辦,有效增強文化輻射力；青奧遺產(chǎn)的保留,加強城市文化傳承力；體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,繁榮城市文化生產(chǎn)力。負面效應(yīng)有場館、道路的新建帶來的空氣污染、環(huán)境污染,人流量的增多造成住房緊張、交通擁堵等。最后,針對如何借助青奧會對南京城市文化軟實力提升的策略進行了深入探討,分析認為：進一步發(fā)揮南京市政府工作職能,加強城市文化軟實力建設(shè)；借助青奧會的傳播平臺,增加南京正式文化的傳播效應(yīng)；注重體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展；加強市民的國際化意識,提升市民素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of society , the important role of cultural soft power is significant , and the soft power of culture has become an integral part of the national comprehensive national strength . For a city , the soft power of city culture is an important part of the city ' s comprehensive competitiveness .

This paper analyzes and summarizes the influence and the improvement of the soft power of Nanjing urban culture by using the literature research method , the logic analysis method , the system analysis method , the interview method and the comparative research method . Firstly , the paper studies the relationship between the sports events and the youth Olympic Games , the soft power of the culture and the soft power of the city culture , and analyses the influence of the large sports events on the soft power of the city culture .
Then it analyzes the positive effect and negative effect brought by YOV to the soft power of Nanjing urban culture . For example , the positive effect is : the improvement of citizen ' s quality and the promotion of urban cultural cohesion ;
The cultural innovation of the Youth Olympic Games and the promotion of the innovative power of the city culture ;
The organization of cultural activities effectively enhances the cultural radiation force ;
The retention of the Qing ' ao ' s legacy strengthens the cultural heritage of the city ;
The development of sports industry and the prosperity of urban cultural productivity . The negative effect is the air pollution , environmental pollution and traffic congestion caused by the new construction of venues and roads . Finally , the paper deeply probes into how to improve the soft power of Nanjing urban culture with the help of the Youth Olympic Games .
To increase the transmission effect of the official culture in Nanjing with the help of the communication platform of the Youth Olympic Society ;
Pay attention to the development of sports culture industry ;
To strengthen the awareness of the public and enhance the quality of the public .
