【摘要】：張騫出使西域開辟絲綢之路,開啟了中國與中亞地區(qū)兩千多年經(jīng)貿(mào)往來、文化交流的友誼之路。古絲綢之路的輝煌推動了中國與中亞地區(qū)文明的繁榮,所形成的絲路精神也成為了今天中國與中亞國家文化交流的紐帶。2013年,國家主席習(xí)近平在哈薩克斯坦納扎爾巴耶夫大學(xué)的演講中提出了與中亞國家共建"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,得到了中亞國家的積極響應(yīng)。"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"是對"古絲綢之路"的延續(xù)和發(fā)展。通過這條"經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,必然會加強(qiáng)與中亞國家互利共贏的伙伴關(guān)系,形成政治互信、經(jīng)濟(jì)融合、文化包容的命運(yùn)共同體,是新時期推動中國與中亞國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、文化繁榮的重要動力。本文將以"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"為背景,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、歷史比較、對比研究等方法,主要論述中國與中亞文化交流的歷史和現(xiàn)狀,并為未來中國與中亞文化交流提出意見和建議。本文主要有五個部分,第一部分是對于"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想的提出和實踐狀況進(jìn)行概述;第二部分是對"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"背景下中國與中亞文化交流的重要性進(jìn)行分析;第三部分是以古代和近現(xiàn)代為時間脈絡(luò),闡述中國與中亞在文化上的交流狀況;第四部分是對于當(dāng)前形勢背景下中國與中亞五國文化交流上所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行研究;第五部分是針對那些機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)一步探討中國與中亞五國進(jìn)行文化交流的路徑選擇。希望通過本文的研究可以為"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"背景下中國與中亞五國之間的文化交流研究提供一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:Zhang Qian's mission to the Western region opened up the Silk Road, opening up a friendship between China and Central Asia for more than two thousand years of economic and trade exchanges and cultural exchanges. The brilliance of the ancient Silk Road has promoted the prosperity of civilization in China and Central Asia, and the spirit of the Silk Road has become the link of cultural exchanges between China and Central Asian countries today. In his speech at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan, President Xi Jinping put forward the strategic idea of building a "Silk Road economic belt" with Central Asian countries, which received positive responses from the Central Asian countries. " The Silk Road Economic Belt is the continuation and development of the ancient Silk Road. The construction and development of this "economic belt" will inevitably strengthen the mutually beneficial partnership with the Central Asian countries and form a community of destiny of political mutual trust, economic integration, and cultural inclusiveness, which will promote the economic development of China and Central Asian countries in the new period. An important driving force for cultural prosperity. Based on the "Silk Road Economic Belt", this paper mainly discusses the history and present situation of cultural exchange between China and Central Asia through the methods of literature research, historical comparison and comparative study. And for the future cultural exchanges between China and Central Asia put forward views and suggestions. There are five parts in this paper. The first part is an overview of the strategic conception and practice of "Silk Road Economic Belt". The second part is to analyze the importance of the cultural exchange between China and Central Asia under the background of "Silk Road Economic Belt", the third part is to expound the cultural exchange between China and Central Asia in the context of ancient and modern times. The fourth part is to study the opportunities and challenges of the cultural exchanges between China and the five Central Asian countries under the current situation. The fifth part aims at those opportunities and challenges to further explore the path of cultural exchanges between China and the five Central Asian countries. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some help for the study of cultural exchange between China and the five Central Asian countries under the background of "Silk Road Economic Belt".
