京族飲食習(xí)俗研究

【摘要】:京族是我國(guó)唯一的海洋少數(shù)民族,同時(shí)也是我國(guó)西南邊境地區(qū)與越南主體民族同源的跨國(guó)民族,京族飲食習(xí)俗則是與京族民眾關(guān)系密切的京族民俗文化的重要構(gòu)成部分。論文在田野調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上嘗試對(duì)京族飲食習(xí)俗在日常、節(jié)日、待客等情境之下的表象形態(tài)進(jìn)行描述,并運(yùn)用文化生態(tài)學(xué)、文化人類學(xué)、民俗學(xué)等方法對(duì)京族飲食習(xí)俗進(jìn)行研究,關(guān)注京族飲食習(xí)俗與其所處生態(tài)環(huán)境密不可分的特點(diǎn),,并借此探討京族飲食習(xí)俗背后的文化功能,因此京族飲食習(xí)俗的表象形態(tài)、文化功能及其與所處生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系將是研究的重點(diǎn)所在。此外,研究還將關(guān)注京族飲食習(xí)俗在現(xiàn)今京族民眾生活實(shí)踐中的傳承與變遷情況及如何對(duì)其進(jìn)行合理有效開發(fā)利用的問(wèn)題。最后得出結(jié)論:京族飲食習(xí)俗的形成與發(fā)展與其生態(tài)環(huán)境密不可分,自然環(huán)境為其形成與發(fā)展提供物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),生產(chǎn)習(xí)俗、宗教信仰、節(jié)日慶典等民俗文化作為一種歷時(shí)的人文生態(tài)影響了京族飲食習(xí)俗的生成與發(fā)展,族群交往則構(gòu)成京族飲食習(xí)俗的共時(shí)生態(tài),橫向上影響了京族飲食習(xí)俗的內(nèi)容和形式。京族飲食習(xí)俗在京族民眾生活實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮著紐帶、窗口、文化整合的功能并在傳承中發(fā)生變遷。只有深入了解包括京族飲食習(xí)俗在內(nèi)的京族文化,借助政府力量加大資金投入,推進(jìn)京族飲食習(xí)俗進(jìn)校園,并將京族飲食習(xí)俗與影視傳媒業(yè)、旅游業(yè)結(jié)合起來(lái),同時(shí)提高環(huán)保意識(shí)才能有效地對(duì)京族飲食習(xí)俗進(jìn)行合理開發(fā)利用。
[Abstract]:Jing nationality is the only marine minority in China, and it is also a transnational ethnic group in the southwest border area of China and the main ethnic groups of Vietnam. The catering custom of the Jing nationality is an important part of the Jing nationality folk culture, which is closely related to the people of the Jing nationality. It describes the form of imagery under the circumstances, and uses cultural ecology, cultural anthropology, folklore and other methods to study the catering customs of the Jing nationality, and pay attention to the inseparable characteristics of the catering customs and the ecological environment of the Jing nationality, and to explore the cultural functions behind the catering customs of the Jing nationality, thus the appearance of the Jing Nationality's dietary customs State, cultural function and its relationship with the ecological environment will be the focus of the study. In addition, the research will also pay attention to the inheritance and change of the Jing Nationality's dietary customs in the living practice of the modern Beijing people and how to make rational and effective exploitation and utilization. Finally, the conclusion is that the formation and development of the catering custom of the Beijing ethnic group and the development and development of the Beijing ethnic diet custom will be concluded. Its ecological environment is inseparable, the natural environment provides the material basis for its formation and development, the production customs, religious beliefs, festival celebrations and other folklore cultures, as a diachronic ecological environment, influence the formation and development of the catering custom of the Jing nationality, and the ethnic group communication constitutes the synchronic ecology of the Jing Nationality's dietary customs, which affects the Jing Nationality's diet horizontally. The content and form of custom. The catering customs of the Jing nationality play a link in the living practice of the people of the Beijing nationality, the function of the window, the cultural integration and the change in the inheritance. With the combination of the film and television media industry and tourism, and improving environmental awareness, we can effectively develop and utilize the catering customs of the Jing nationality.
