【摘要】：我國西部地區(qū)有著重要的戰(zhàn)略位置和豐富的自然資源,由于受自然、歷史和社會等因素的影響,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展嚴(yán)重落后于中東部地區(qū)。我國自2000年成立西部地區(qū)開發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,2003年國務(wù)院西部開發(fā)辦正式開始運(yùn)作。文化建設(shè)作為民族凝聚力、創(chuàng)造力和綜合國力的重要體現(xiàn),成為西部開發(fā)中城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程不可缺少的一部分得到了很大的發(fā)展,但同時也遇到了很多的問題和困境,針對這一問題,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法,社會調(diào)查的方式提出了對策與研究,以供相關(guān)人員參考。
[Abstract]:The western region of China has an important strategic position and abundant natural resources. Due to the influence of natural, historical and social factors, the economic development lags behind the central and eastern regions seriously. A leading group for the development of the western region has been established in China since 2000. In 2003, the Western Development Office of the State Council officially began to operate. Cultural construction, as an important embodiment of national cohesion, creativity and comprehensive national strength, has become an indispensable part of the urbanization process in the development of the western region, but it has also encountered many problems and difficulties. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and researches by using the method of literature and social investigation, which can be used as reference for relevant personnel.
