【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)行教師節(jié)的節(jié)期,因缺乏特定文化內(nèi)涵,自2004年開始便受到各界人士的持續(xù)非議,并被建議改至孔子誕辰日。2013年底,國務院法制辦在其公布的《教育法律一攬子修訂草案(征求意見稿)》中,正式將"擬把教師節(jié)改為9月28日"議題擺上桌面。歷史上教師節(jié)節(jié)期歷經(jīng)多變,再次議改自當審慎。教師節(jié)擇期不宜定在孔子誕辰,這與"誕辰"的來源及其特殊性有很大關系。教師節(jié)與古釋奠禮在精神主旨上血脈相通,目的都在傳達尊師重道之誠意。為教師節(jié)注入儀式的元素,不僅能增強節(jié)日的歷史底蘊、糾正其世俗性偏向,還能確立一個具有豐富涵義的節(jié)期。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of specific cultural connotations, the current Teachers' Day in China has been continuously criticized by people from all walks of life since 2004, and has been proposed to be rescheduled to the end of Confucius' Birthday.In the revised draft of the Education Law package (draft for opinions), the State Council legal system Office formally put on the table the topic of "to change teacher's Day to September 28".In history, teacher's Day has undergone many changes, so it is considered prudent again.Teachers' Day should not be fixed on Confucius' Birthday, which is closely related to the origin and particularity of "Birthday".Teachers' Day and ancient interpretation ceremony in the spirit of the same blood, the purpose is to convey the sincerity of respect for teachers.Injecting ritual elements into teacher's Day can not only strengthen the historical details of the festival, correct its secular bias, but also establish a festival with rich meaning.
