【摘要】：社會主義文化強國建設研究是一項具有重要研究意義的課題。新世紀新階段,建設社會主義文化強國不僅是我國全面建成小康社會的必然選擇,是提高中國在世界上文化影響力的重要途徑,也是實現(xiàn)民族復興大業(yè)的基礎。面對世情、國情的新變化,社會主義文化強國建設面臨著諸多機遇,近幾十年中國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,為文化強國建設提供了堅實的物質(zhì)保障,我國特有的社會主義制度,為當代中國發(fā)展進步提供了制度保障,國家對文化建設史無前例的扶持,成為文化強國建設堅實的政治保障。但是建設社會主義文化強國同樣也面臨著許多挑戰(zhàn),在多元思想文化相互融合碰撞的時代,文化競爭打破了國家間的貿(mào)易壁壘,強化了各國文化的交流傳播,也加劇了西方強勢文化的侵襲,主流意識形態(tài)面臨挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)文化吸引力下降,社會公德缺失現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。面對機遇和挑戰(zhàn),我們要繼續(xù)努力推進社會主義核心價值體系建設,弘揚中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,汲取國外優(yōu)秀文化養(yǎng)分,豐富人民精神文化生活,增強文化的整體實力和競爭力,不斷加強社會公德建設,提升國民的綜合文化素質(zhì),增強國家文化軟實力。這四條道路相互促進,形成一個有機統(tǒng)一的整體,共同推動社會主義文化強國的建設。
[Abstract]:The research on the construction of socialist cultural power is of great significance.At the new stage of the new century, building a socialist cultural power is not only an inevitable choice for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way, but also an important way to enhance China's cultural influence in the world, and also a basis for realizing the great cause of national rejuvenation.In the face of the new changes in the world situation and the national conditions, the construction of a socialist cultural power is facing many opportunities. The rapid economic development of China in recent decades has provided a solid material guarantee for the construction of a cultural power.It provides an institutional guarantee for the development and progress of contemporary China, and the state supports the cultural construction in an unprecedented way and becomes a solid political guarantee for the construction of a cultural power.However, the construction of a socialist cultural power also faces many challenges. In the era of multi-cultural integration and collision, cultural competition has broken the barriers to trade between countries and strengthened the communication and dissemination of national cultures.It also intensifies the invasion of western strong culture, the mainstream ideology faces challenges, the attraction of traditional culture drops, and the phenomenon of lack of social morality occurs from time to time.Constantly strengthen the construction of social morality, improve the comprehensive cultural quality of the people, and strengthen the soft power of national culture.These four roads promote each other, form an organic unity, and jointly promote the construction of a socialist cultural power.
