本文選題：南方民族地區(qū) + 歷史文化旅游�。� 參考：《黑龍江民族叢刊》2017年03期

【摘要】：南方民族地區(qū)民族眾多、歷史文化資源厚重久遠(yuǎn),民俗文化資源富集多樣;各民族地區(qū)采取政策助推、資金扶助、人才培養(yǎng)及品牌選樹等多種形式,不斷推動在地歷史文化旅游實(shí)現(xiàn)新跨越;隨著南方民族地區(qū)歷史文化旅游由量的增加到質(zhì)的提升,發(fā)展資金數(shù)量不足、人才整體素質(zhì)不高、品牌質(zhì)量有待提升及周邊環(huán)境破壞嚴(yán)重等矛盾或問題逐漸顯露出來;結(jié)合民族地區(qū)歷史文化旅游發(fā)展的未來走向,應(yīng)采取拓寬資金來源渠道、加快人才引進(jìn)培養(yǎng)及逐步培育在地特色旅游品牌等步驟措施,全面提升民族地區(qū)歷史文化旅游發(fā)展的質(zhì)量水平。
[Abstract]:There are many ethnic groups in the ethnic areas of the South, historical and cultural resources are thick and ancient, folklore and cultural resources are enriched and varied; various forms of policy promotion, capital support, talent training and brand tree selection are adopted in various ethnic areas.With the increase in the amount of historical and cultural tourism in the southern ethnic areas to improve the quality of tourism, the amount of development funds is insufficient, and the overall quality of talents is not high.The contradictions or problems such as brand quality need to be improved and the surrounding environment is seriously damaged are gradually revealed. In combination with the future trend of the development of historical and cultural tourism in ethnic minority areas, we should take measures to broaden the sources of funds,It is necessary to speed up the introduction and training of talents and gradually cultivate tourism brands with local characteristics so as to improve the quality of historical and cultural tourism development in ethnic minority areas in an all-round way.
