【摘要】：建設(shè)"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"和"21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"是新時(shí)期國(guó)家進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開(kāi)放、構(gòu)建全方位開(kāi)放格局的偉大構(gòu)想,其旨在借用古代"絲綢之路"的歷史符號(hào),來(lái)助推今天的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化等方面的合作與發(fā)展,然而無(wú)論是古"絲綢之路"還是"一帶一路"的形成都源自于不同民族的人們對(duì)文化交流交融的向往和參與,都需要依托于促進(jìn)不同文化、不同文明的交流互鑒。而中國(guó)圖們江區(qū)域民族文化從時(shí)空坐標(biāo)系看是復(fù)合型民族共同體文化,是包容、和諧、共生共榮的文化,古絲路文化與今天的"一帶一路"文化同中國(guó)圖們江區(qū)域民族文化是一脈相承的。因此,圖們江區(qū)域合作發(fā)展融入"一帶一路"建設(shè),是圖們江區(qū)域民族文化發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求。經(jīng)濟(jì)搭臺(tái)、文化唱戲的關(guān)鍵是提高民族文化素質(zhì),民族文化素質(zhì)關(guān)乎世界各民族、各國(guó)家的命運(yùn)。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21th century Maritime Silk Road" is a great idea for countries to further open to the outside world in the new period and to construct an all-around opening pattern, which aims to borrow the historical symbols of the ancient "Silk Road". To promote today's economic and cultural cooperation and development, however, the formation of the ancient "Silk Road" or "Belt and Road" all resulted from the yearning and participation of people of different nationalities in cultural exchanges and integration. All need to rely on promoting exchanges and mutual learning among different cultures and civilizations. However, the national culture of the Tumen River region in China is a composite national community culture in the space-time coordinate system. It is a culture of tolerance, harmony, symbiosis and common prosperity. The ancient silk road culture and today's "Belt and Road" culture are in the same vein with the Chinese Tumen River regional national culture. Therefore, the Tumen River regional cooperation and development is integrated into the "Belt and Road" construction. It is the internal requirement of the development of national culture in Tumen River region. The key of economic construction and culture singing is to improve the quality of national culture, which is related to the fate of all the nations and nations in the world.
