【摘要】：我國城市正處在轉(zhuǎn)型時期,社會結(jié)構(gòu)迅速分化。社區(qū)是人們生活的主要場所,是社區(qū)組織管理、服務(wù)的基本單位,也是整個社會的微觀縮影。社區(qū)思想文化建設(shè)在全國各地如火如荼的開展,取得成績的同時,問題普遍存在,主要表現(xiàn)在社區(qū)居民參與不足、居民歸屬感不高、資源配置不均、服務(wù)體系不健全、社區(qū)工作者角色沖突等方面。城市老舊社區(qū)的思想文化建設(shè)關(guān)系到我國社會和諧發(fā)展的全局,具有現(xiàn)實意義,也是當下焦點性的現(xiàn)實社會問題。隨著改革開放的深入,居民收入的貧富差距也日益懸殊,老舊社區(qū)住房緊張、外來人口較密集、居住環(huán)境長年得不到改善等現(xiàn)象普遍存在。本文從內(nèi)容上對城市老舊社區(qū)、社區(qū)思想文化概念進行了闡述。由于社區(qū)思想文化建設(shè)是社區(qū)建設(shè)的重要組成部分,對社區(qū)建設(shè)全局具有重要意義。選取南通市“X”社區(qū)為對象,展開實證研究。結(jié)合實地調(diào)查,對“X”社區(qū)思想文化建設(shè)情況作基本介紹。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出問題,并總結(jié)出解決的措施。筆者認為加強城市老舊社區(qū)思想文化建設(shè)應(yīng)該堅持以中國特色社會主義理論體系作為指導原則；豐富社區(qū)思想政治工作內(nèi)容和載體；增加社區(qū)居民參與度；加強社區(qū)思想文化工作專職隊伍建設(shè)。本文運用思想政治教育學、社會學等多學科知識,整合利用社區(qū)文化資源,來推動城市老舊社區(qū)思想文化健康、和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China's cities are in a period of transition, and the social structure is rapidly divided. The community is the main place where people live, and the basic unit of community organization, management and service. It is also a microcosm of the whole society. Community ideological and cultural construction is being carried out in full swing all over the country, and at the same time there are widespread problems, mainly manifested in the lack of participation of community residents, the low sense of belonging of residents, and the uneven allocation of resources. The ideological and cultural construction of the old urban communities is related to the overall situation of the harmonious development of our society, and has practical significance, such as the imperfect service system, the conflict of the roles of community workers, and so on. With the deepening of reform and opening up to the outside world, the gap between the rich and the poor in residents' income has become increasingly wide, housing in the old communities is tight, and the foreign population is relatively dense. Living environment can not be improved for many years and so on. This paper expounds the concept of the old urban community and the community ideology and culture from the content. Because the community ideological and cultural construction is an important part of the community construction, It is of great significance to the overall situation of community construction. This paper selects "X" community in Nantong as the object, carries out empirical research, introduces the ideological and cultural construction of "X" community on the basis of field investigation, and puts forward some questions on the basis of analysis. The author thinks that to strengthen the ideological and cultural construction of the old urban communities, we should adhere to the socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics as the guiding principle, enrich the content and carrier of the ideological and political work in the communities. Increase the participation of community residents, strengthen the construction of full-time team of community ideological and cultural work. This paper applies multi-disciplinary knowledge, such as ideological and political education, sociology, and so on, to integrate and utilize community cultural resources to promote the ideological and cultural health of old urban communities. Harmonious development.
