我國海外孔子學院運作模式研究

【摘要】:近年來,中國的綜合實力顯著提高,越來越多的人開始關注中國,中國在世界上逐漸占有了越來越重要的位置。為了讓全球更多的人更好地認知中國,了解中國,必須在全球范圍內推廣我國的文化。在這種需求驅使下,孔子學院作為中國政府大力支持的漢語言文化對外推廣機構,正式步入世界舞臺。但是,隨著孔子學院在海外的快速發(fā)展,無論是從外界對孔子學院的接受度還是孔子學院本身對漢語言文化的推廣成果來看,成效并不算理想。而且伴隨著孔子學院在全球的發(fā)展,國外反華勢力及輿論更是將矛頭對準了孔子學院,指責其為中國文化入侵的工具。這其中固然有西方社會及輿論對中國文化的誤解和敵意等外界因素,但是孔子學院自身發(fā)展模式上的缺陷也是造成這一現(xiàn)象的原因之一。本文在分析孔子學院現(xiàn)有運作模式的基礎上,將其與歌德學院和塞萬提斯學院等語言文化推廣機構進行比較,吸收西方國家海外學院運作模式的經(jīng)驗,并對我國海外孔子學院運作模式提出了一些改革的建議。具體來說,本文分為六個部分:第一章介紹了本文的研究背景、研究思路、研究方法以及有關孔子學院運作模式的文獻研究情況,從整體上對本文所要研究的內容進行介紹。第二章闡釋了大國發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的含義、構成要素及特點,同時也對文化的類別及作用力進行了分析,指出文化輸出是大國發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。第三章敘述了我國設立孔子學院的時代背景、基本宗旨及發(fā)展歷程,主要對孔子學院近十年的發(fā)展進行了研究。第四章分析了我國海外孔子學院現(xiàn)有的運作模式,首先介紹了孔子學院運作模式的基本概況和運作特點,在肯定現(xiàn)有運作模式所取得成績的同時,也指出了孔子學院運作模式存在的問題,并針對這些問題進行了分析,探究出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因,為我國海外孔子學院今后改革運作模式提供了指導。第五章以歌德學院和塞萬提斯學院為例介紹了西方國家海外學院運作模式的經(jīng)驗,并從案例中分析它們的運作模式帶給我們的經(jīng)驗和啟示。第六章對我國海外孔子學院運作模式的改革進行了思考,并提出了相應的建議。我國海外孔子學院應該肩負起文化傳播的重任,構建文化交流平臺,消除世界對中國的抵觸和誤解,分析受眾,因材施教,改善傳播手段,提高世界對中國文化的接受度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the comprehensive strength of China significantly improved, more and more people begin to pay attention to China, China gradually occupies an increasingly important position in the world. In order to let more people around the world to better understand the cognitive China, Chinese, must the promotion of China's culture in the world. In this demand driven by Confucius as the College of Chinese language and culture promotion of foreign institutions to support the government Chinese, officially entered the world stage. However, with the rapid development of Confucius college in overseas, either from the outside of the Confucius college acceptance or Confucius Institute of the Chinese language and culture promotion results, the effect is not satisfactory. And with Confucius in college the development of the world, the foreign anti china forces and public opinion will be more directed at Confucius college, denouncing it as a China cultural invasion tool. Among these is the western society and public opinion on the The misunderstanding and hostility of external factors such as China culture, one of the reasons but Confucius Institute own development on the defect mode is the cause of this phenomenon. Based on the analysis of the existing mode of operation of Confucius college, the Gerd college and the Cervantes Institute of language and culture promotion agencies, absorption operation mode of Western countries overseas college experience, and put forward some reform suggestions and operation of the Confucius School of China's overseas model. Specifically, this paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter introduces the research background, the research ideas, research methods and the relevant study on the operation mode of Confucius, from the whole of this paper is to study the contents of the introduction. The second chapter explains the meaning of big development strategy, elements and characteristics, but also analyzes the categories and force of culture, the paper points out that Output power is an important part of development strategy. The third chapter describes the establishment of China's Confucius college background, basic principle and development process, mainly the development of nearly ten years of Confucius college were studied. The fourth chapter analyzes Confucius School of China's overseas existing operation mode, first introduced the basic situation and operation the characteristics of the mode of operation of the Confucius Institute, in affirming the existing mode of operation achievement at the same time, also pointed out the existence of the mode of operation of the Confucius Institute, and analyzed to solve these problems, explore the causes of these problems, to provide guidance for the Confucius School of China's overseas operation mode reform in the future. The fifth chapter to the Goethe Institute and Cervantes College as an example to introduce the operation mode of the western countries, overseas experience, and from the case analysis of their operating mode and bring our experience and enlightenment. The reform of the sixth chapter is the operation of Confucius School of China's overseas mode, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Confucius, China's overseas should shoulder the responsibility of culture dissemination, build cultural exchange platform, to rid the world of conflict and misunderstanding Chinese, audience analysis, teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, improve the means of communication, to improve the world Chinese cultural acceptance.
