【摘要】：近年來,日印安保體系的構(gòu)建成為日印安全合作的新常態(tài)。本文總結(jié)了日印安保體系發(fā)展的六大動力,即中國的崛起促使日印積極接近、美國鼓勵日印合作更上層樓、印度的崛起促使日本拉攏印度、印度的戰(zhàn)略雄心促使印度借力日本、日本在中印邊界爭端上煽風(fēng)點火、日印共同"護(hù)衛(wèi)"印太海上安全。這一新常態(tài)雖有助于日印實現(xiàn)世界大國的雄心和美國施展"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略,但卻會重塑印太地區(qū)的地緣政治局勢,對中國總體國家安全產(chǎn)生重大不利影響。中國應(yīng)當(dāng)對印度施行打拉結(jié)合的兩手策略,一方面夯實并拓寬中印合作,以分化日印安保體系;另一方面力推中巴經(jīng)濟走廊建設(shè),以牽制印度并增強中國的戰(zhàn)略地位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of Japanese-Indian security system has become the new normal of Japanese-Indian security cooperation. This paper summarizes the six driving forces of the development of Japan-India security system, that is, the rise of China promotes the positive approach of Japan and India, the United States encourages Japan-India cooperation to go to the next level, the rise of India urges Japan to woo India, India's strategic ambition urges India to draw on Japan, Japan incites fire in the border dispute between China and India, and Japan and India jointly "guard" India's maritime security. Although this new normal will help Japan and India realize the ambition of world powers and the United States to implement the strategy of "Asia-Pacific rebalancing", it will reshape the geopolitical situation in India-Pacific region and have a significant negative impact on China's overall national security. On the one hand, China should consolidate and broaden cooperation between China and India in order to divide the security system between Japan and India; on the other hand, it should push forward the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor in order to contain India and strengthen China's strategic position.
