【摘要】：大眾傳媒作為一種信息傳播形式，有著傳播速度快、范圍廣、影響力度深等諸多特點(diǎn)，，是全世界最普遍的信息獲取形式。21世紀(jì)的今天，電視、報紙、廣播、雜志等傳統(tǒng)媒體形式與手機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等新媒體平臺交織成為信息爆炸化的全球性傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在此種背景下大眾傳媒的功能有了進(jìn)一步的延伸，大眾傳媒在外交事務(wù)中扮演著重要角色。 大眾傳媒在外交事務(wù)中，既是政府的喉舌，也是輿論精英和民眾討論外交事務(wù)的平臺，既是塑造國家形象和對外文化輸出的工具，也是打擊敵對國家的有效武器。在和平發(fā)展的今天，境外右翼媒體對中國的妖魔化宣傳對中國外交起到了相當(dāng)負(fù)面的影響。在新媒體時代，如何進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)國際傳播能力建設(shè)，掌握話語權(quán)，助力中國外交，是中國外交和媒體面臨的重大課題。
[Abstract]:The mass media, as a form of information transmission, has many features such as fast propagation speed, wide range and deep influence, and is the most common form of information acquisition in the world. In the 21st century, the traditional media forms such as television, newspaper, radio, and magazines are in the form of the mobile phone. The new media platform, such as the network, is interweaved into a global communication network of information explosion. In this context, the function of the mass media has further extended, and the mass media plays an important role in foreign affairs. In foreign affairs, the mass media is not only the mouthpiece of the government, but also the platform for the public opinion elite and the people to discuss the foreign affairs. It is both a tool for shaping the image of the state and the output of the foreign culture, as well as the effective force against the hostile countries. In the present day of the peaceful development, the overseas right-wing media has a rather negative shadow on China's diplomacy In the new media age, how to further strengthen the capacity-building of international communication, to master the voice and to help China's diplomacy is a major lesson for China's diplomacy and the media
