【摘要】：美國的文化外交幾乎和這個國家一樣悠久,然而美國政府卻較晚介入這一領(lǐng)域。美國文化外交隨著歷史而發(fā)展,并且在不同的歷史時期表現(xiàn)出不同的特征。美國文化外交的思想基礎(chǔ)是天定命運論和理想主義。美國在19世紀(jì)晚期開始了同中國的文化接觸。美國的對華文化外交經(jīng)歷了四個歷史時期：試探時期、全面參與時期、中斷時期和復(fù)興與加強時期�？肆诸D時期的美國對華文化外交從三個方面展開：文化產(chǎn)品的輸出、教育和文化交流活動的擴大及意識形態(tài)斗爭的轉(zhuǎn)型。這一時期的美國對華文化外交對中國產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響,既有積極的影響,也有消極的影響�？肆诸D時期的美國對華文化外交有四方面的原因：意識形態(tài)的原因、理論觀念的原因、歷史的原因和形勢變化的原因。本文希望通過對克林頓時期美國對華文化外交的分析對中國的文化外交戰(zhàn)略提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:American cultural diplomacy is almost as long as this country, but the US government is late in the field. American cultural diplomacy develops with history and shows different characteristics in different historical periods. The ideological basis of American cultural diplomacy is the theory of destiny and idealism. The United States began its cultural contacts with China in the late 19th century. American cultural diplomacy towards China has gone through four historical periods: exploratory period, full participation period, interrupted period and rejuvenation and strengthening period. The American cultural diplomacy towards China during Clinton's period began from three aspects: the export of cultural products, the expansion of educational and cultural exchange activities, and the transformation of ideological struggle. During this period, American cultural diplomacy to China has had a great influence on China, both positive and negative. There are four reasons for American cultural diplomacy towards China during Clinton's period: ideological reasons, theoretical reasons, historical reasons and changes in the situation. This article hopes to provide some reference for China's cultural diplomacy strategy through the analysis of American cultural diplomacy to China during Clinton period.
