【摘要】： 在國(guó)際政治舞臺(tái)上,大國(guó)始終是各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期國(guó)際格局的主導(dǎo)者和國(guó)際秩序的操縱者。因此,大國(guó)關(guān)系研究也就成為國(guó)際關(guān)系研究領(lǐng)域的重中之重。中國(guó)和印度兩國(guó)存在著天然的地緣關(guān)系,兩國(guó)間的邊界線長(zhǎng)達(dá)約2000公里。隨著兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,中國(guó)和印度都在崛起。兩國(guó)之間既存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng),又有著巨大的合作領(lǐng)域與空間。目前中印兩國(guó)關(guān)系總體態(tài)勢(shì)是良好的,但是要進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展,仍然有一些歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題需要解決。21世紀(jì),迅速崛起的“東亞巨龍”中國(guó)與“南亞大象”印度之間關(guān)系的好壞不僅直接影響亞洲的和平與穩(wěn)定而且也關(guān)系到世界的和平、穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展。由于兩國(guó)之間天然的地緣關(guān)系,深入探討兩國(guó)地緣關(guān)系對(duì)我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事等方面產(chǎn)生的影響,分析影響兩國(guó)地緣關(guān)系的因素,并對(duì)今后發(fā)展對(duì)印關(guān)系提出比較全面、系統(tǒng)的對(duì)策和建議,是理論研究的一項(xiàng)重要課題。本文擬從地緣政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事關(guān)系多個(gè)角度來對(duì)中印兩國(guó)關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,明確發(fā)展兩國(guó)關(guān)系的重要地緣政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及軍事意義,進(jìn)而提示制約兩國(guó)地緣關(guān)系發(fā)展的因素并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議,并對(duì)中印關(guān)系未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出預(yù)測(cè),旨在為兩國(guó)關(guān)系的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In the international political arena, the great powers have always been the leaders of the international pattern and the manipulators of the international order in various historical periods. Therefore, the study of great-power relations has become the top priority in the field of international relations research. China and India have a natural geographical relationship, the border between the two countries is about 2000 km long. With the rapid economic development of both countries, both China and India are rising. There is not only competition between the two countries, but also huge areas of cooperation and space. At present, the overall situation of Sino-Indian relations is good, but in order to further promote the development of bilateral relations, there are still some historical and practical problems that need to be solved. The relationship between the rapidly rising East Asian Dragon China and South Asia Elephant India not only directly affects peace and stability in Asia but also relates to peace stability and development in the world. Due to the natural geographical relationship between the two countries, this paper discusses in depth the influence of the two countries' geographical relations on the political, economic and military aspects of our country, analyzes the factors affecting the geographical relations between the two countries, and puts forward a more comprehensive view of the future development of the relations between India and India. Systematic countermeasures and suggestions, is an important subject of theoretical research. This paper intends to study the relationship between China and India from the perspectives of geopolitics, economy and military relations, and to clarify the important geopolitical, economic and military significance of developing the relations between the two countries. Furthermore, it points out the factors restricting the development of the geographical relations between the two countries and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and forecasts the future development trend of the Sino-Indian relations in order to provide guidance for the further development of the relations between the two countries.
