【摘要】：在全球化與大國(guó)崛起時(shí)代,相對(duì)弱小國(guó)家在面臨鄰近大國(guó)崛起時(shí),常常不是單純地進(jìn)行制衡或追隨,而是采取一種既接觸又制衡的策略組合,即"對(duì)沖戰(zhàn)略"。但這種戰(zhàn)略在不同時(shí)期、不同國(guó)家都有不同表現(xiàn),如制衡多于接觸或接觸多于制衡。文章試圖以對(duì)沖的視角考察菲律賓對(duì)華政策的演變,并引入威脅感知和經(jīng)濟(jì)預(yù)期兩個(gè)變量,分析菲對(duì)華對(duì)沖戰(zhàn)略的影響因素及其對(duì)中菲關(guān)系的影響。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization and the rise of great powers, relatively weak and small countries often do not simply check and balance or follow the rise of neighboring powers, but adopt a combination of both contact and checks and balances, that is, "hedging strategy". But at different times, different countries have different performances, such as more checks and balances than contacts or contacts more than checks and balances. This paper attempts to examine the evolution of Philippine policy towards China from the perspective of hedging, and introduces two variables, namely threat perception and economic expectation, to analyze the influencing factors of Philippine hedging strategy in China and its impact on Sino-Philippine relations.
