【摘要】：中國特色援外治理體系由治理思想、治理體制和體系特點(diǎn)等元素組成。其治理思想的根基是無產(chǎn)階級(jí)國際主義,核心是八項(xiàng)原則,依據(jù)是中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系。中國特色援外的治理體制由治理機(jī)構(gòu)、治理模式和治理制度三部分組成。相對(duì)于西方國家的援助體系而言,中國特色援外治理體系具有利他共贏、經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)先、效率高效等特點(diǎn)。面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),中國特色援外治理體系必將在保持特色的基礎(chǔ)上朝著法制化、獨(dú)立化、多邊化等方向發(fā)展,成為維護(hù)總體國家利益和促進(jìn)發(fā)展中國家共同發(fā)展的重要手段。
[Abstract]:The foreign aid governance system with Chinese characteristics consists of governance thoughts, governance system and system characteristics. The foundation of his thought of governance is proletarian internationalism, the core of which is eight principles, based on the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The governance system of foreign aid with Chinese characteristics consists of three parts: governance organization, governance model and governance system. Compared with the aid system of western countries, the foreign aid governance system with Chinese characteristics has the characteristics of win-win benefit, economic priority, and high efficiency and so on. In the face of challenges, the foreign aid governance system with Chinese characteristics will develop towards legalization, independence and multilateralism on the basis of maintaining its characteristics, and will become an important means to safeguard the overall national interests and promote the common development of developing countries.
