【摘要】：構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)后亞太秩序應(yīng)首先從處置日本海外領(lǐng)地開(kāi)始,其核心內(nèi)容之一就是日本歸還其侵占的所有中國(guó)領(lǐng)土,這是戰(zhàn)后亞太新秩序的必然要求和道義基礎(chǔ)。《開(kāi)羅宣言》的發(fā)表意味著中、美、英三國(guó)在此問(wèn)題上立場(chǎng)是一致的。德黑蘭會(huì)議期間,斯大林在日本歸還所有中國(guó)領(lǐng)土問(wèn)題上的表態(tài),表明這種共識(shí)的盟國(guó)范圍的擴(kuò)大。對(duì)于其它的日本海外領(lǐng)地,盟國(guó)決定或者直接控制戰(zhàn)略要地,或者進(jìn)行委托管理。中國(guó)收復(fù)故土是戰(zhàn)后亞太和平穩(wěn)定的基石,是建立戰(zhàn)后亞太秩序的道義基礎(chǔ),也有著堅(jiān)實(shí)的國(guó)際法理依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The construction of the post-war Asia-Pacific order should begin with the disposal of Japan's overseas territories, one of the core elements of which is the return of all Chinese territories occupied by Japan. This is the necessary demand and moral basis for a new Asia-Pacific order after the war. The Cairo Declaration means that China, the United States and Britain are United on this issue. Stalin's remarks on Japan's return of all Chinese territory during the Tehran meeting showed the expansion of the scope of the consensus's allies. For other Japanese overseas territories, allies decide either directly to control strategic locations, or to entrust management. China's restoration of its native land is the cornerstone of peace and stability in the post-war Asia-Pacific region, the moral basis for the establishment of the post-war Asia-Pacific order, and has a solid basis of international jurisprudence.
