【摘要】：中國的迅速崛起,引起了國際社會(huì)的關(guān)注,也使一些國家感到不安和擔(dān)憂。聚焦國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊有關(guān)中國國防的論文,從文化話語研究視角出發(fā),探討西方學(xué)者如何制造中國"威脅""危險(xiǎn)""好斗""有野心""不可信""軍事不透明",指出在國防學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域里,中國威脅論是一套西方學(xué)術(shù)話語體系的產(chǎn)物,該體系不僅含有西方思維模式和言說策略,而且包括西方傳播主體和交流渠道。建議中國必須加強(qiáng)國家安全(學(xué)術(shù))話語體系的建設(shè),解構(gòu)中國危險(xiǎn)論,全方位、多渠道傳播中國國防政策。
[Abstract]:The rapid rise of China has aroused the international community's concern, but also caused some countries to feel uneasy and worried. Focusing on the papers on China's national defense in international academic journals, this paper discusses, from the perspective of cultural discourse research, how western scholars create China's "threat," danger, "aggression," ambition, "uncredibility," military opacity, " It is pointed out that the Chinese threat theory is the product of a set of western academic discourse systems in the field of national defense. The system includes not only western thinking modes and speech strategies, but also western communication subjects and communication channels. It is suggested that China should strengthen the construction of national security (academic) discourse system, deconstruct China's dangerous theory and spread China's national defense policy through all-round and multi-channel communication.
