【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之后,海灣地區(qū)合作得到了新的發(fā)展動(dòng)力,但也面臨著結(jié)構(gòu)性地區(qū)合作和一體化程度較低等發(fā)展困境。海灣地區(qū)合作有著由地區(qū)安全、能源因素和君主政體共同構(gòu)成的地區(qū)語境,其中地區(qū)安全是海灣地區(qū)的啟始動(dòng)力,并塑造了冷戰(zhàn)后海灣地區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作并行的現(xiàn)狀;能源因素是外部大國(guó)勢(shì)力介入海灣地區(qū)事務(wù)的最重要原因,也是海灣地區(qū)合作中的重要內(nèi)容;而君主政體則是理解海合會(huì)與伊朗的關(guān)系,以及海合會(huì)的地理外溢的重要因素。這些因素共同塑造了海灣地區(qū)合作,也是海灣地區(qū)合作自身發(fā)展以及中國(guó)發(fā)展與海灣國(guó)家關(guān)系需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Cold War, the Gulf region cooperation got a new development impetus, but also faced with the structural regional cooperation and low degree of integration development difficulties. Gulf cooperation has a regional context composed of regional security, energy factors and monarchy, in which regional security is the starting power of the Gulf region, and has shaped the current situation of competition and cooperation in the Gulf region in the post-Cold War era. The energy factor is the most important reason for the foreign powers to intervene in the affairs of the Gulf region and the important content of the cooperation in the Gulf region, while the monarchy is the important factor to understand the relationship between the GCC and Iran and the geographical spillover of the GCC. These factors have shaped the cooperation in the Gulf region and are also the contents of the development of the Cooperation in the Gulf region and the relationship between China and the Gulf countries.
