【摘要】：2014年國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略形勢(shì)的基本圖景是經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷、政治動(dòng)蕩、歐亞地緣政治緊張加劇、非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅增多、國(guó)際軍事競(jìng)爭(zhēng)抬頭、大國(guó)關(guān)系更加復(fù)雜多變。產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的根源是不合理的國(guó)際體系及其政治基礎(chǔ)、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、價(jià)值基礎(chǔ)、以及美國(guó)調(diào)整國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略、全球化加速發(fā)展、非西方國(guó)家普遍崛起、多元化世界面臨全球性挑戰(zhàn)。如果上述問(wèn)題持續(xù)存在,世界可能仍將在亂局中掙扎。在2015年甚至今后相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)一個(gè)時(shí)期內(nèi),世界還將出現(xiàn)新的混亂與失序。
[Abstract]:The basic picture of the international strategic situation in 2014 is economic downturn, political turbulence, increased geopolitical tension in Eurasia, increased non-traditional security threats, international military competition, and more complex and changeable relations between major powers. The causes of these problems are the unreasonable international system and its political foundation, economic base, value basis, and the adjustment of international strategy by the United States, the accelerated development of globalization, the universal rise of non-western countries, and the global challenges facing the pluralistic world. If these problems persist, the world may still struggle. There will be new chaos and disorder in the world in 2015 and for quite some time to come.
