【摘要】：正冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以來(lái),中美兩國(guó)之間的互動(dòng)有兩個(gè)比較明顯的變化。第一個(gè)變化是,中國(guó)從最初的完全在美國(guó)的體系內(nèi)跟美國(guó)互動(dòng),逐漸走向嘗試營(yíng)造一個(gè)自己的環(huán)境和格局。另一個(gè)變化是,中國(guó)從冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束時(shí)完全被動(dòng)地對(duì)美國(guó)做出反應(yīng),轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻裉熘鲃?dòng)地塑造中美關(guān)系。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以來(lái)的中美互動(dòng)可以分為三個(gè)階段。第一階段是克林頓執(zhí)政時(shí)期。當(dāng)時(shí)美國(guó)的全球戰(zhàn)略是擴(kuò)展戰(zhàn)略,試圖利用冷戰(zhàn)終結(jié)所帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇打造一個(gè)單極世界。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, there have been two obvious changes in the interaction between China and the United States. The first change is that China began to interact with the United States entirely within the United States system and gradually moved towards trying to create its own environment and pattern. Another change is that China has changed from being completely reactive to the United States at the end of the Cold War to actively shaping its relations with the United States today. The interaction between China and the United States since the end of the Cold War can be divided into three stages. The first stage was during the Clinton administration. America's global strategy was to expand, trying to build a unipolar world by taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the end of the Cold War.
