【摘要】：對(duì)話在沖突化解過(guò)程中具有重要作用。高效的對(duì)話需要具備六個(gè)方面的基礎(chǔ),即目的與原則、合適的戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題、參與者的參與、基本結(jié)構(gòu)、協(xié)助者和物理空間。近年,西方提出并在沖突化解中采用的對(duì)話方法主要包括理解性探尋、變革實(shí)驗(yàn)室、圍圈對(duì)話、深度民主、探索未來(lái)、和平學(xué)校、開(kāi)放空間、情景規(guī)劃、持續(xù)對(duì)話和世界咖啡屋,這些方法針對(duì)不同的沖突情境而有其特定的適用性和局限性。
[Abstract]:Dialogue plays an important role in the process of conflict resolution. Effective dialogue requires six foundations, namely, goals and principles, appropriate strategic issues, participation of participants, basic structures, facilitators and physical spaces. In recent years, the methods of dialogue proposed by the West and adopted in conflict resolution include understanding exploration, laboratory of change, circle dialogue, deep democracy, exploration of the future, peace schools, open space, scenario planning. Continuous dialogue and World Cafe, these methods have specific applicability and limitations for different conflict situations.
