【摘要】： 改革開放三十年來,中國在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展上取得巨大成就,人民生活水平顯著提升,但是“硬實(shí)力”的提升并不足以讓中國的國際地位獲得全方位跨越,西方社會(huì)對“中國威脅論”、人權(quán)問題等政治制度和社會(huì)發(fā)展模式的批判仍舊不絕于耳,國家綜合國力的發(fā)展受制于“軟實(shí)力”的“木桶效應(yīng)”已經(jīng)凸現(xiàn)。由于日趨激烈的國際競爭不僅體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)和軍事等“硬實(shí)力”的增強(qiáng),而且日益重視發(fā)揮包括了文化、國家形象、社會(huì)發(fā)展模式等方面的“軟實(shí)力”的作用。增強(qiáng)“軟實(shí)力”已經(jīng)成為中國擴(kuò)大國際影響力、拓展國際生存空間的必由之路。而國家形象就是一種重要的軟實(shí)力資源,它直接關(guān)系到一個(gè)國家在國際社會(huì)的“聲譽(yù)資本”。作為一種國格魅力,國家形象能夠產(chǎn)生一種硬實(shí)力難以獲得的吸引力,可以通過影響和改變對方的觀念和價(jià)值取向來獲取對方的理解和認(rèn)同,從而達(dá)到一種“潤物細(xì)無聲”的理想效果。對中國而言,良好的國家形象可以極大地推動(dòng)中國參與國際政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全事務(wù)的深度和廣度,有助于獲得國家發(fā)展所需要的各種資源和創(chuàng)造良好的外部環(huán)境。然后目前中國國家形象的現(xiàn)狀并不是很理想,西方媒體的誤讀和種種“妖魔化”的曲解不僅損害了中國國家形象,而且根本上不利于中國軟實(shí)力的構(gòu)建。未來中國從地區(qū)大國走向世界大國的歷史進(jìn)程中,國家形象關(guān)系到中國國家利益的整體維護(hù)和海外利益的拓展,以及中國的和平崛起和發(fā)展模式在多大程度上可以被國際社會(huì)認(rèn)可和接受。 美國著名學(xué)者約瑟夫.奈提出的“軟實(shí)力”概念,成為國家形象的塑造和傳播的重要理論依據(jù)。不斷增強(qiáng)塑造和傳播中國國家形象的針對性和有效性,充分發(fā)揮國家形象巨大的影響力和凝聚力,進(jìn)而提升國家“軟實(shí)力”,實(shí)現(xiàn)國家戰(zhàn)略意圖,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文就試圖從國家形象的視角來切入軟實(shí)力的構(gòu)建,通過塑造良好的國家形象來推動(dòng)中國成功運(yùn)用軟實(shí)力,增強(qiáng)中國的國家影響力,樹立一個(gè)在國際社會(huì)上追求和平的負(fù)責(zé)任的大國形象。 論文的框架結(jié)構(gòu)為：第一章是對國家實(shí)力和軟實(shí)力的概述,通過國家實(shí)力的定義抽出軟實(shí)力的概念,闡述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于軟實(shí)力的界定,并說明了軟實(shí)力的構(gòu)成要素和特點(diǎn)。第二章通過對軟實(shí)力現(xiàn)狀不足的分析,說明構(gòu)建國家形象魅力對于軟實(shí)力發(fā)展的重要性。第三章分析了國家形象的現(xiàn)狀并試圖找出中國國家形象的目標(biāo)定位。第四章分析了中國國家形象的優(yōu)勢和不足,試圖找出西方媒體誤讀中國國家形象的原因。第五章就如何塑造中國國家形象從各個(gè)方面和層次提出策略和建議。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in economic and social development, and the living standards of its people have improved significantly. However, the improvement of "hard power" is not enough to enable China's international position to gain all-round leaps and bounds. The criticism of the political system and social development model of "China threat", human rights and other issues in western society is still unceasing, and the development of national comprehensive national strength is restricted by the "barrel effect" of "soft power". The increasingly fierce international competition is reflected not only in the enhancement of "hard power" such as economy and military, but also in the role of "soft power", including culture, national image, social development model and so on. Enhancing soft power has become the only way for China to expand its international influence and international living space. The national image is an important soft power resource, which is directly related to a country's "reputation capital" in the international community. As a kind of national charisma, the national image can produce a kind of attraction which is difficult to obtain by hard power. It can gain the understanding and recognition of the other side by influencing and changing the other party's concept and value orientation. Thus achieving an ideal effect of "moisturizing all things silently". For China, a good national image can greatly promote the depth and breadth of China's participation in international politics, economy and security affairs, and help to obtain all kinds of resources needed for national development and create a good external environment. Then the present situation of China's national image is not very ideal. The misreading and various "demonization" misinterpretations of western media not only damage the Chinese national image, but also are fundamentally unfavorable to the construction of China's soft power. In the future, in the historical process of China's transition from a regional power to a world power, the national image is related to the overall protection of China's national interests and the expansion of its overseas interests. And to what extent China's peaceful rise and development model can be recognized and accepted by the international community. Joseph Joseph, a famous American scholar. Nye's concept of "soft power" has become an important theoretical basis for shaping and spreading the national image. It is of great practical significance to continuously strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of shaping and spreading Chinese national image, give full play to the great influence and cohesion of the national image, and then promote the "soft power" of the country and realize the national strategic intention. This article attempts to cut into the construction of soft power from the perspective of national image, by shaping a good national image to promote China's successful use of soft power, and enhance China's national influence. To establish the image of a responsible power seeking peace in the international community. The frame structure of the thesis is as follows: the first chapter is an overview of national power and soft power. Through the definition of national power, this paper draws out the concept of soft power, expounds the definition of soft power by domestic and foreign scholars, and explains the constituent elements and characteristics of soft power. The second chapter analyzes the current situation of soft power and explains the importance of constructing national image charm for the development of soft power. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of national image and tries to find out the target orientation of Chinese national image. Chapter four analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of China's national image and tries to find out the reasons for the misreading of Chinese national image by western media. Chapter five puts forward strategies and suggestions on how to shape China's national image from various aspects and levels.
