亞洲太空力量的崛起:現(xiàn)實(shí)與趨勢

【摘要】：本文以中國、日本、印度為重點(diǎn),對亞洲太空力量的群體性崛起,亞洲太空格局的特點(diǎn),以及美國的亞洲太空"再平衡"及其影響進(jìn)行了全景式的呈現(xiàn)和深入剖析。本文認(rèn)為亞洲太空力量已經(jīng)成為國際太空領(lǐng)域的一支生力軍,對推動國際太空格局向多極化,國際太空治理向民主化方向的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了積極作用,未來亞洲太空力量將繼續(xù)保持強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢頭。目前亞洲主要太空國家的競爭一定程度上有利于亞洲整體太空發(fā)展水平的提高和太空利用的擴(kuò)展,但亞洲太空合作不僅受到太空問題"政治化"、太空合作機(jī)制碎片化的困擾,美國亞洲太空"再平衡"更使亞洲太空形勢特別是太空安全形勢進(jìn)一步復(fù)雜化。如何防止亞洲太空競爭演化為太空競賽乃至太空軍備競賽,深化泛亞洲太空合作,成為亞洲國家亟須解決的重大課題。
[Abstract]:This paper, focusing on China, Japan and India, presents a panoramic and in-depth analysis of the mass rise of Asian space forces, the characteristics of Asian space pattern, and the "rebalancing" of Asian space in the United States and its impact. Space pattern is becoming multi-polarized, international space governance is developing towards democratization, and Asian space forces will continue to maintain a strong momentum of development in the future. How to prevent Asian space competition from evolving into a space race or even an arms race in space and deepen pan-Asian space cooperation has become an urgent task for Asian countries. Major issues to be solved.
