【摘要】：中菲兩國隔海相望，但中菲關(guān)系卻保持了長久的交流，在政治方面和民間形式都有聯(lián)系。在新中國成立之際，菲律賓卻處于全面冷戰(zhàn)，其政治環(huán)境受到了美帝國主義的嚴(yán)重影響，對我國的政治態(tài)度也以消極抵觸為主，不斷地制造與我國政治摩擦，影響兩國正常關(guān)系。隨后，中美出現(xiàn)了政治回暖，這就促使了中菲之間的建交，兩國政治逐漸走上正軌的渠道。2010年6月，阿基諾三世成為菲領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，，逐漸加強了兩國之間的關(guān)系，促進政治、經(jīng)濟、教育等多方面的交流，但是兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展也存在制約因素。本文的重點是對影響阿基諾三世時期中菲關(guān)系的因素進行探討，包括臺灣問題、中菲南海爭端以及菲律賓國內(nèi)政治。菲律賓是我國重要鄰國之一，中菲關(guān)系發(fā)生曲折不但不利于我國周邊環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定，也對亞太地區(qū)的和平穩(wěn)定帶來不良影響，因此針對這些制約因素，兩國應(yīng)采取以下措施進行調(diào)節(jié)：首先，深化發(fā)展中菲經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系，積極促進雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)問題的解決；其次，加強中菲在多邊經(jīng)濟框架下的合作；再次，加強中菲雙邊安全對話；最后，積極參與地區(qū)多邊政治對話與安全對話。有充足的理由相信，在中菲兩國人民和政府的共同努力下，未來的中菲關(guān)系必將克服重重困難，繼續(xù)沿著互利友好合作的正確軌道向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China and the Philippines face each other across the sea, but the relationship between China and the Philippines has maintained long-term exchanges, both in political terms and in folk forms. At the time of the founding of New China, the Philippines was in an all-out cold war, its political environment was seriously affected by US imperialism, and its political attitude toward our country was also dominated by negative resistance, and it constantly created political frictions with China. Affect the normal relations between the two countries. Subsequently, there was a political renaissance between China and the United States, which prompted the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Philippines, and the channels through which politics between the two countries were gradually put on the right track. In June 2010, Aquino III became the leader of the Philippines, gradually strengthening relations between the two countries and promoting politics and economy. Education and other aspects of exchanges, but there are constraints to the development of relations between the two countries. This paper focuses on the factors affecting Sino-Philippine relations during Aquino III, including the Taiwan issue, the dispute over the South China Sea and the domestic politics of the Philippines. The Philippines is one of China's important neighbors. The twists and turns in Sino-Philippine relations are not only detrimental to the stability of China's surrounding environment, but also have a negative impact on peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region. Therefore, in view of these constraints, The two countries should take the following measures to adjust: first, deepen the development of economic and trade relations between China and the Philippines, actively promote the solution of bilateral economic and trade issues; secondly, strengthen cooperation between China and the Philippines under the multilateral economic framework; third, strengthen the bilateral security dialogue between China and the Philippines; Finally, actively participate in regional multilateral political dialogue and security dialogue. There are good reasons to believe that with the joint efforts of the Chinese and Philippine peoples and governments, the future Sino-Philippine relations will overcome numerous difficulties and continue to develop along the correct track of mutually beneficial friendly cooperation.
