【摘要】：美日"歷史和解"經(jīng)歷了長(zhǎng)期漸進(jìn)過(guò)程,在奧巴馬第二任期實(shí)現(xiàn)了突破性進(jìn)展。這一進(jìn)程以長(zhǎng)期同盟關(guān)系下雙方民意和解為主要基礎(chǔ),以強(qiáng)化美日同盟為主要現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)因。美日雙方共同推進(jìn)了沒有道歉的"歷史和解"。各自保守勢(shì)力的反對(duì)以及美日"不道義的平等性",是雙方不能相互"道歉"的主要根源。"歷史和解"的突破性進(jìn)展為日本進(jìn)一步掙脫"戰(zhàn)后體制"提供了更加有利的國(guó)內(nèi)外環(huán)境,并將進(jìn)一步削弱戰(zhàn)后東亞國(guó)際秩序賴以存續(xù)的歷史認(rèn)識(shí)和價(jià)值觀基礎(chǔ)。美日"歷史和解"還有利于日本在"歷史問(wèn)題"上的國(guó)際統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線打開一個(gè)關(guān)鍵缺口,削弱對(duì)其歷史修正主義的國(guó)際制約力量。
[Abstract]:The historical reconciliation between the US and Japan underwent a long and gradual process and made a breakthrough in Obama's second term. This process is mainly based on the reconciliation of public opinion between the two sides under the long-term alliance and the strengthening of the alliance between the United States and Japan as the main realistic motivation. The United States and Japan jointly promoted a "historical reconciliation" without an apology. The opposition of their respective conservative forces and the "immoral equality" of the United States and Japan are the main causes of the two sides' inability to "apologize" to each other. " The breakthrough of historical reconciliation provides a more favorable domestic and foreign environment for Japan to further break free from the "postwar system", and will further weaken the historical understanding and value basis on which the postwar international order in East Asia depended. "Historical reconciliation" between the United States and Japan also helps Japan's international United front on "historical issues" to open a key gap and weaken the international constraints on its historical revisionism.
