【摘要】：構(gòu)建中美"新型大國(guó)關(guān)系"是中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人于2011年提出的關(guān)于中美關(guān)系發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想和政治主張。自提出以來,其內(nèi)涵與外延得到不斷充實(shí)和擴(kuò)大。構(gòu)建"新型大國(guó)關(guān)系"不僅對(duì)中美兩國(guó),對(duì)于亞太地區(qū)乃至整個(gè)世界都具有重要意義。在此過程中,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,關(guān)鍵在于雙方是否能保持足夠的政治意愿、戰(zhàn)略耐心和包容心態(tài)。中美"新型大國(guó)關(guān)系"構(gòu)建對(duì)兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展產(chǎn)生諸多積極性的影響,值得注意的是,美國(guó)開始有將臺(tái)灣議題脫離中美關(guān)系框架的思維,并在中美"新型大國(guó)關(guān)系"下深化與臺(tái)灣的安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a new type of great power relationship between China and the United States is a strategic concept and political proposition put forward by Chinese leaders in 2011 on the development of Sino-US relations. Since it was put forward, its connotation and extension have been constantly enriched and expanded. It is of great significance not only to China and the United States, but also to the Asia-Pacific region and the world as a whole. In this process, opportunities and challenges coexist, the key is whether the two sides can maintain sufficient political will, strategic patience and tolerance. The construction of a "new type of great power relationship" between China and the United States has had a lot of positive effects on the peaceful development of cross-strait relations. It is worth noting that the United States has begun to have the thinking of separating the Taiwan issue from the framework of Sino-US relations. And deepen the security and economic relations with Taiwan under the new-style great-power relations between China and the United States.
