【摘要】：烏克蘭危機(jī)是當(dāng)前最為引人注目的國際政治問題。本文概述了烏克蘭危機(jī)的起因及發(fā)展過程,并從內(nèi)部的特殊歷史文化與民族矛盾、外部的地緣政治勢力干預(yù)以及西方現(xiàn)代民主政治實質(zhì)的角度,探討了冷戰(zhàn)后烏克蘭政治民主化進(jìn)程所遭遇的挫折及其原因�；诋�(dāng)前極為復(fù)雜的內(nèi)政外交背景,烏克蘭危機(jī)對中國發(fā)展帶來諸多重要的啟示:首先,非西方國家政治民主化進(jìn)程深受國際政治勢力的影響;其次,民族和宗教問題復(fù)雜的國家實行民主選舉制度更容易導(dǎo)致政治混亂乃至國家分裂;再次,一個國家的政治制度必須以一國的特定文化作為支撐;最后,選舉不是解決中國當(dāng)前發(fā)展面臨問題的萬能藥方。
[Abstract]:The crisis in Ukraine is the most noticeable international political issue at present. This paper outlines the causes and development process of the crisis in Ukraine, and discusses the process of political democratization in Ukraine after the cold war from the perspectives of internal special historical culture and ethnic contradictions, external geopolitical interference and the essence of modern western democratic politics. Based on the extremely complicated domestic and foreign background, the Ukrainian crisis has brought many important enlightenments to China's development: firstly, the process of political democratization in non-Western countries is deeply influenced by international political forces; secondly, the implementation of democratic electoral system in countries with complex ethnic and religious issues is more likely to lead to politics. Third, a country's political system must be supported by a country's specific culture. Finally, elections are not a panacea to solve the problems facing China's current development.
