【摘要】：近年來,非洲薩赫勒地帶的恐怖主義擴散加劇,中東地區(qū)恐怖主義"動蕩弧"向該地帶延伸,使之成為新的恐怖主義動蕩地帶。薩赫勒地帶恐怖主義跨國擴散、手段花樣翻新、與其他恐怖主義相互勾結(jié)及其嚴重危害性,給有關(guān)國家的安全治理帶來了重大難題。薩赫勒地帶恐怖主義的擴散嚴重沖擊了區(qū)域內(nèi)各國的安全與發(fā)展,也是對全球反恐斗爭與相關(guān)合作的巨大挑戰(zhàn),并對中國在該地區(qū)的利益構(gòu)成威脅,因而需要予以高度重視、審慎應(yīng)對。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the spread of terrorism in the Sahel region of Africa has intensified, and the "turbulent arc" of terrorism in the Middle East has extended to the region, making it a new zone of terrorism instability. The transnational spread of terrorism in the Sahel zone, the renewal of the means, collusion with other terrorism and its serious harmfulness have brought major problems to the security governance of the countries concerned. The spread of terrorism in the Sahel has seriously impacted on the security and development of the countries of the region, posed a great challenge to the global fight against terrorism and related cooperation, and posed a threat to China's interests in the region and therefore requires high attention, Be prudent in dealing with.
